The best part of the place is the friendly staff. Taniya is fluent in English and manages the property very well. At the reception, Naam, and Moon, ever cheerful are very sweet and helpful in resolving any issues. At the restaurant, Nhin with her pretty smile is very helpful and went out of her way to help our little tot feel at home. And a chef who cooks possibly the best omelette you might have in Thailand. We liked the set breakfast. The rooms are nice and well furnished. Had a microwave and a fridge, both of which are pretty handy. They have 3 house bicycles to ease the walk in the hot sun to the local 7-11. (A pannier rack with a baby seat would be a bonus, but it's too much to expect) A fellow vacationer told us about a more shaded route to the beach and a 30 baht coin laundromat nearby.

The surroundings are somewhat arid (early Apr) -- plots maxed out as a hotel accommodation. Could stock up on more brollies to beat the sun. Maybe an intercom facility in the rooms would be nice, but not complaining and a information note on local hospitals/ doctors / pharmacy. The toilet did smell a tad.

Simple but very clean villa and location is rather close to the beach and shops.

Isara Nai Yang was just what we expected after reading reviews. Quiet, clean and with pleasant helpful staff. Breakfast was more than adequate. Our room was very nice although we had a little difficulty operating the A/C in the bedroom - it didn't seem to want to do what we told it but we always got it right in the end - not bad enough to complain about. The pool was kept nice & clean and there were enough parasols and comfy bedchairs.

The sunlounges round the pool were a joke, out of the 11 or 12, half were broken, very dangerous. The pool area wasn't too inviting. The adjoining walls between the bungalows were very thin, no soundproofing.

Beautiful,and tranquil villa's. Extremely spacious and modern design, with living room and comfortable bedroom. Friendly staff, accommodating my busy body toddler son, communication was extremely easy with a whatsapp chat if you would need anything.Breakfast was amazing,very delicious and too much to finish it all. Only 10 min from the airport, basically no traffic at all.Would definitely recommend.

The accomodation is huge with a separate lounge , large bedroom with large tv and big bathroom. Oh and a small veranda too. The swimming pool was great too. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the owner even offered the services of her newly appointed cook to cook and evening meal if we needed.

Good place to stay, nice bungalow with good size, big tv/streaming. Nice pool with some sunbeds and towels. Short walk to nice beach and food/bars. Quick help and answers if you needed something.

Wifi could have been a little bit faster.

Quite location, away from the bustle of the beach area but not too far. Lovely staff, a great pool, so nice we stayed another 8 days. Scooter 🛵 is handy to get about, beach is 10/15 minutes away on foot.

Nothing, we used WhatsApp to communicate and what we asked we got, with a smile 😁
