Excellent breakfast freshly cooked to order by the pool. Pool clean and private

Left waiting at airport on arrival from Melbourne, despite advising hotel of our flight details and arrival time. Luck a nice girl at airport used her phone to call hotel and eventually someone came. We were tired from flight and my friend very sick so this was very disappointing

Proximity to the airport was great. We arrived in Phuket late at night and stayed here to avoid an hour long drive down to Kata. Room was beautiful, had all we needed for the 1 night. Comfy bed, clean room. Breakfast available to purchase downstairs, it was tasty.

Not much around the area in close walking distance in terms of shopping or food options. There was a 7/11 close by which was enough for the 1 night we stayed.

Close to a grocery store & airport, 10min drive from beach, comfortable beds, good value for the price

Check-in process was interesting, the staff was a little rude. The poll was pretty dirty but you could still swim in it, restaurant works wierd hours.

Very close to Phuket Airport which was great after a long flight. Room was very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely welcoming staff. The breakfast menu although limited was good and tasty.

Shower doors were not clean Air-conditioner in the room leaked water on the floor.

The room are clean and very near to the airport. Suitable for late night arrival stay or early morning flight. Room are spacious and cheap. They provide free transport pick up from airport as well.

A good place to stay the night when you are transiting through Phuket. The room size was good for two people. The staff were courteous. A huge bonus is that they offered ariport pick-up and drop off! Communication with them is quick, concise and seemless.

It was safe and comfortable for the price offered. Ji, a lady driver, gave her WhatsApp contact for pickup arrangements from the airport.

The toilet exhaust fan emitted a foul smell, and we ended up using the toilet with the lights /exhaust fan off. Sorry last complained about the issue when I was check-in.

Hotel is very close to airport so it was convenient for late arrival. Staff were very quick to respond. Easily arranged transport for our next destination. Breakfast was good! Also 7/11 was around the corner

Towels were outdated and looked very old

Great location close to airport. Clean and tidy and not far from essentials. We were only staying one night before heading north so the hotel was a perfect starting point. The free airport pickup was awesome, and much appreciated after a long flight.

The beds were rock hard...possibly the hardest bed I have ever slept on. The beds were quite small too. The breakfast included was fine, but was only for the two adults and not the child, which was a little odd but no big deal as it was a cheap add on anyway.

Perfect for access to the airport. Loved the pool.

Staff seemed a bit grumpy especially when we asked to be dropped to the airport 2 hours before our flight (even tho this was recommended). Instead he insisted on taking us 1.5 hour before the flight which resulted on us being incredibly tight for time as there was an issue with our check in.
