Wow this was a last minute booking as my flight plans changed. I booked about 11pm within minutes of my confirmation they contacted me to let me know where I needed to wait at the airport. I was collected within 10 minutes of landing. Only after making my on-line booking and paying I thought 🤔💭 I should have booked a late check out. I communicated this to them when arriving at the hotel and quickly I was sorted and my shuttle to the airport for next flight the following day was arranged. The room impressed me even more as it was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. The little balcony area with table and 2 chairs was perfect to relax with my morning coffee and just take in the surroundings of what I consider a nice little view. I've stayed and travelled in Thailand for over a year and when finding this little gem I can honestly say I was super impressed 😁 I would recommend this property to anyone heading out to explore Phuket with a mixture of tranquility and a hope and a skip to the beach and a tuk tuk ride the the hustle and bustle of the night life walking street and many other attractions. 7/11 a Thailand anchor lol is just down the road for convenience that being said no matter where you go finding a 7/11 just in the corner is a easy guess 🤣 as they normally on every corner 🤣 Anyway I give this one a thumbs 👍👍👍👍 if you looking for value for money with friendly efficient staff services and facilities.

I was to impressed with the good points that the tiny little bad things didn't bother me.

Really well made building which is kept to a relatively clean standard. The pool area is a wonderful place to relax all day long with parts always kept shaded. The rooms are large with a really great shower which is kept behind a sliding door so the bathroom doesn't sit In water all day.

Little dusty around the edges. The shower head could be replaced as the water struggles to get through. You have to continually re log in to the wifi every time you leave the hotel. Don't allow extra pillows but the more expensive rooms have 4 pillows.

I recommend this hotel. Breakfast all the set are very delicious and staffs are also very nice and friendly. Some staffs are not speaking English well so you have to use translate whatever you want . But one thing when you need to clean up your room don’t forget to tell the counter staff down stair or can hang on the card in front of your room .

Left waiting at airport on arrival from Melbourne, despite advising hotel of our flight details and arrival time. Luck a nice girl at airport used her phone to call hotel and eventually someone came. We were tired from flight and my friend very sick so this was very disappointing

Staff were amazing, saved me when my grab and bolt rides cancelled, they drove myself and my family to Krabi for a very reasonable price, and were able to exchange my cash for Thai baht to pay the driver. Airport shuttle easy and prompt. Such a great little place for overnight stay when arriving late into phuket.

Only stayed one night as very near to airport and picked up by their complimentary shuttle which all worked quickly. We had booked with the breakfast. Set menu with 4 options. We had American option: 2 fried eggs, 2 sausages, 2 pieces of bacon 2 ham slices, 2 toast, salad and fruit plus coffee tea or juice.

Nothing.

Proximity to the airport was great. We arrived in Phuket late at night and stayed here to avoid an hour long drive down to Kata. Room was beautiful, had all we needed for the 1 night. Comfy bed, clean room. Breakfast available to purchase downstairs, it was tasty.

Not much around the area in close walking distance in terms of shopping or food options. There was a 7/11 close by which was enough for the 1 night we stayed.

Close to a grocery store & airport, 10min drive from beach, comfortable beds, good value for the price

Check-in process was interesting, the staff was a little rude. The poll was pretty dirty but you could still swim in it, restaurant works wierd hours.

Comfy food, plenty of counter space for luggage, good WiFi and bed, hot water. Complimentary transport to/from the airport.

Being an airport hotel, it is pretty far removed and in an odd location, but the hotel has a restaurant and there is a 7-11 and mini-C in walking distance.

Very close to Phuket Airport which was great after a long flight. Room was very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely welcoming staff. The breakfast menu although limited was good and tasty.

Shower doors were not clean Air-conditioner in the room leaked water on the floor.
