The room was very large with a balcony that overlooked the pool. There was a very nice bathroom with a tub, a small fridge and a safe. The hotel is in a very quiet area but there are restaurants close by and a 7-11 very close by. The beach is just a few minutes walk away but there are no facilities there however just a 5 minute walk away are multiple restaurants, bars and a few stores. I did have a problem with the shower but it was fixed immediately and worked well all week.

There were two issues although one was age related, my age that is. I found it hard to get in and out of the tub. It's a beautiful tub for soaking but it has a wide edge beside it and, since I'm 5'2" and a senior, I had some difficulty. I think most people would never have a problem. The second issue was with the breakfast. Breakfast was not included in my booking so I paid for breakfast on a few mornings. The breakfast was good but there was no brewed coffee, just packets. This is a nice hotel. I think they should invest in a good coffee maker.

We had problems with the facilities when we arrived and they were fixed the same day. Well located for the beach and the hotel provided beach towels. Good breakfast at excellent value. Nice quiet pool. Excellent AC and Wifi.

Great value stay, 5 min walk to Nail Yang beach, 1 min walk to 7/11, enjoyed the pool, good wifi and plenty of storage space in the room.

Had booked our daughter an extra bed but when we arrived we were told we couldn't have it until the following day...not great having to share the bed as a family after a long day of travelling.

Nice room with balcony and pool view, pool is nice, the staff was really nice, it is really close to the beach (5 min walk max) and for 200 baht they arrange a taxi for you to the airport. And we could check in early! Also the area is great. It is not so busy as other beaches in Thailand but still quite some restaurants ands some markets.

The bed was lovely and comfortable. We had a pool access room which was great. There was a 7 Eleven store close by for snacks and drinks.

It was a bit of a walk down to the main area on the beach to access restaurants.

Super fine and clean for one night before flying back home. Beach including bars and street food options in walking distance. Also a food marketing in 5 min walking distance to grab snacks and souvenirs. Reliable and fairly priced airport shuttle available.

AC was a little noisy compared to other hotels, bathroom was completely flooded when taking a shower.

We came to meet relatives at airport, so just stay at night, have a breakfast and left hotel. Room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was withgood quality food, so it met our expectations. we so that beach is near, but haven't chance to visit it

for minuses - shower in bathroom, it was not so comfortable and all room was wet after.

Very spacious room (would have been good to have 2 chairs inside and maybe a small table). Bed was comfy and air conditioning worked well. Great location a few mins from Nai Yang beach.

The design of the bath was such that when you showered it flowed everything out onto the bathroom floor, which was a bit annoying.

Very close to a nice beach and shopping /eating area. Plenty of options for eating. We used it only for the day and evening as we had a late flight and it was perfect for this.

Room did get quite hot in the afternoon even with air con on but it was still ok!

everything was fine, the hotel has a convenient location close to the beach, shops and I would like to highlight the willingness of the staff, they were as smiling and friendly as possible. They even prepared our room before check in.
