My third stay at Nai Yang Beach Resort. Mass ratings don't matter. Personal experience is the prime reason I will return. Reception: cheerful, professional staff. Security: gentle and respectful. Always safe at Nai Yang Beach Resort. Cleanliness: The rooms are serviced daily , but why not opt for every second day? Up to you... Location: Directly across the road from Nai Yang Beach. The beach is adjoining Sirinat National Park. Swimming, nature walks and excellent dining are all within metres. Plus it's a short, 10 minute drive from Phuket International Airport.

Low water pressure in shower. Nothing else.

Oriental Grand Deluxe Room. Very spacious room with good lighting and easy access to pool. Breakfast buffet fresh and more than adequate for the price. Great location with easy access to beach and all Nai Yang has to offer. Large fridge in room. Found all staff, with exception of the beach towel boys, to be very pleasant and helpful.

We were a bit disappointed with the general maintenance of the grounds and the pool areas. Noticed rubbish left in pool area still there couple of days later. Garden maintenance outside ground floor patios could be improved.

Location close to quiet beach , and easy access to airport, we stayed only for one night but could be worth a longer stay

Overall a great spot to stay but one major problem, at midnights a bar next to the hotel pumped out loud music till 2.30 am , and I mean loud , could not sleep , at 2.00 I went to the front desk and he said it will stop at 2.00 ! , it didn’t, great hotel but if you can’t sleep !!?

Friendly reception staff right from the beginning. Great location especially after a long flight. Great staff all round. Gardens and 2 X pools clean. Good breakfast. Stayed a few times now and looking forward to staying again.

Excellent location. Very peaceful and quiet area. Rooms were very clean and tidy. 4 great pools with plenty of sun lounges. Breakfast was good with the egg and fresh donut station at the star of the show. It does get very busy, so try to eat off peak. Loved the restaurant in front of the resort as well as beach cafes on the sand. Reputable ATM and money changer at front of mini mart at the resort.

Be prepared with 1000 Baht or $50USD to leave as CASH deposit. I was not aware and had to go get money out of atm nearby. If I had known in advance I would’ve brought the money with me.

Room is very spacious, and clean. The twin-bed is actually a very large double-bed, looks bigger than a king size. Wi-Fi is strong. Air-con is cold enough. Clear TV reception for most channels. Lots of greenery around, very resort feel. Staff are generally friendly. There's ATM and mini-mart just outside of the resort. The beach is just opposite. Many restaurants around this area are a bit pricey, but the cheaper option is actually The Sand Restaurant that's next to the resort. A number of food stalls line the street.

Dim light in the room. Very limited power sockets. Fridge is big, but the noise from the back of the unit is loud. Mattress is quite thin. Breakfast is ok, but could be improved, didn't know there an egg station, as nobody was manning it. Pools are lovely, but when the kids start coming in, we could only stay put on the chairs.

Huge spread out property. Our room was Tropical Deluxe. Large clean room comfy beds kettle fridge. The rooms have only half walls as patio breaks so not very private. They are around a pool and childs play water area.. These rooms are a fair walk to reception but more expensive are close.. They have other quieter pools within complex also. It was a very very busy time. Peak Season so Staff were run off their feet. The place seemed full. Too many people for the breakfast and most had run out before we made it. We have stayed numorous times here as its a good place for beachfront overnight before flying in or out only 5 mins from airport with many beachfront restaurants.

The resort is well managed, and in general, we enjoyed our stay there. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Pool towels were available for check out to use at the pool or the beach. The beach was just across the street and it was very nice.

We expected the property to be beach front. Our room was at the far end of the resort and over looked a busy side road with a terrible view and a lot of noise. There was a dirty stained mattress located the entire time during our stay close to the elevator and stairs to our 3rd floor room. Our first impressions were impacted accordingly.

During our stay, the resort was very busy as it was peak season. Mainly Russians staying at the resort. The resort is very large and well planned out. The only time I experienced a downside with so many people was during breakfast. At times there wasn’t enough seating for everyone and staff struggled to keep up with replenishing breakfast items. Having said that? It was well organised considering the amount of people they have to cater for. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is quite good within walking distance to restaurants & beach.

Very busy at breakfast.

It’s a pretty great spot for a young family, you walk out the front to a semi quiet road with food vendors and other stalls selling trinkets with seating that floods onto the sand leading to the beach. You can stroll up and down the road staying at different restaurants and going for a swim in the ocean which is very calm. The rooms are nice enough but no fly screens so you can’t open a window without the mosquitoes coming in.

Way too many Russian tourists. Has a weird atmosphere because they just aren’t very friendly people right off the bat. Maybe that’s just their culture, but many times we saw them being rude to the locals and not paying for certain things or just walking off mid meal without paying and the thais chasing after them
