My third stay at Nai Yang Beach Resort. Mass ratings don't matter. Personal experience is the prime reason I will return. Reception: cheerful, professional staff. Security: gentle and respectful. Always safe at Nai Yang Beach Resort. Cleanliness: The rooms are serviced daily , but why not opt for every second day? Up to you... Location: Directly across the road from Nai Yang Beach. The beach is adjoining Sirinat National Park. Swimming, nature walks and excellent dining are all within metres. Plus it's a short, 10 minute drive from Phuket International Airport.

Low water pressure in shower. Nothing else.

The resort's gardens are beautifully maintained and the 4 pools are kept tidy and clean. Our room was at the back of the estate looking over the green hills. It was private and well serviced by the staff. The beach was easily accessible across the road with plenty of cafes/bars/street vendors and also food marts selling most items including beers etc The sunset is celebrated each evening with readily available cocktails at each venue. Easy access from the airport ... 10 minutes by taxi or grab .

Although there are 4 pools, 2 cater to children/families. Of the other 2 pools, both were quite busy leaving little opportunity if you like to swim as your daily exercise. The menus at each of the venues are very similar so there's not a great deal of variety on offer. There's a limit to activities in NaiYang itself. We stayed too long. Suggest 4-5 nights is ideal.

We found the staff very nice and were able to fullfil the request we asked. They were exceptionally friendly

The breakfast could have been a lot better. More choices of cheeses and cold cuts. Better bread choices.

Oriental Grand Deluxe Room. Very spacious room with good lighting and easy access to pool. Breakfast buffet fresh and more than adequate for the price. Great location with easy access to beach and all Nai Yang has to offer. Large fridge in room. Found all staff, with exception of the beach towel boys, to be very pleasant and helpful.

We were a bit disappointed with the general maintenance of the grounds and the pool areas. Noticed rubbish left in pool area still there couple of days later. Garden maintenance outside ground floor patios could be improved.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. The room was new, very comfortable and quiet, with a nice balcony to sit on. The breakfast could not be faulted, with a good selection of food, which changed in selection each day. We stayed for 14 nights and there was something different, for even fussy eaters each morning. There were four pools, one of which was dedicated to a fun theme for small children. We booked our stay with Booking.com a year I advance and got a great price, as the place is going through a major refurbishment. This is almost complete now and I notice the price to stay for the same duration now is double what we paid but in my opinion, it would be worth it still.

Friendly reception staff right from the beginning. Great location especially after a long flight. Great staff all round. Gardens and 2 X pools clean. Good breakfast. Stayed a few times now and looking forward to staying again.

I really liked the room - it was large and comfortable. I loved the nearby pool, which was shady and rarely crowded, and with the beach right across the road, we were spoilt for choices of places to 'park' our towels. The lovely bar staff plied us with cocktails during happy hour and we really loved the gardens.

I didn't have working WiFi during our stay. The staff offered me a room swap, but I (lazily) chose not to pack everything up for a move. In the end, it was good for me to unplug for a few days, anyway :-)

Location close to quiet beach , and easy access to airport, we stayed only for one night but could be worth a longer stay

Overall a great spot to stay but one major problem, at midnights a bar next to the hotel pumped out loud music till 2.30 am , and I mean loud , could not sleep , at 2.00 I went to the front desk and he said it will stop at 2.00 ! , it didn’t, great hotel but if you can’t sleep !!?

The hotel is directly opposite the beach, the small road is lined with restaurants, convenience shops and massage places. There are no loud music and party events so it’s very relaxing. Our room was cleaned everyday as was the pool which was a few steps from our room (207 is the best location) Breakfast was ok, plenty of options from salad, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, a Thai option and an egg station and the usual hot dog style sausage and ham We liked this place so much we extended another 6 nights and will definitely be back.

I had nothing to complain about at all

Excellent location. Very peaceful and quiet area. Rooms were very clean and tidy. 4 great pools with plenty of sun lounges. Breakfast was good with the egg and fresh donut station at the star of the show. It does get very busy, so try to eat off peak. Loved the restaurant in front of the resort as well as beach cafes on the sand. Reputable ATM and money changer at front of mini mart at the resort.

Be prepared with 1000 Baht or $50USD to leave as CASH deposit. I was not aware and had to go get money out of atm nearby. If I had known in advance I would’ve brought the money with me.
