Perfect Stay, Had to attend to 5meetings in 9 days and this was unbelievably convenient, 711s very close , next to street hut a personal favourite of mine, and best of all if there was any request or anything I needed answered staff where onto it straight away. This place should have higher ratings than what it says online, because I believe my stay here was PERFECT!! I felt there like within a family. They try to make sure that your stay is comfortable and really nice. If ever possible they fullfill all your wishes! A special thanks to Ronie. Btw the location is very good as from there you can easily go to Rawai or Naiharn beach and you have a lot of Café and good restaurants around.

Location, low season price, daily room service and water.

Bed was way to hard, thin walls, sugar ants, bathroom light out, bad lighting, small horrible TV.

It’s good hotel for the normal price. Nearby you can find three supermarkets, ten cafes and two exchange

Sometimes we spent 35-40 minutes to go to the beach Nai Harn. And nearby with the hotel was working karaoke. In the evening was really noisy.

Nice spacious rooms, strong hot shower. Nice balcony to watch the world go by. Cooking facilities in room.

Right on an intersection so a bit of traffic noise. Not the best soundproofing, you could hear people talking downstairs. Bike rentals overpriced

Nice clean comfortable room, reception staff very helpful. Many bars, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance.I would certainly stay there again.
