I booked this hotel because I was looking for a pet-friendly hotel in Rawai / Naiharn. Communication was fast and good during the booking process when I wanted information about the facilities I would find at the hotel. The check-in was fast, and the room was ready when I arrived there with my two cats and a family member. The room was a one-bedroom apartment, spotless, and exceptionally well furnished with plates and bowls, a new microwave and toaster, and everything needed for cooking. I was given bowls and a litter box for the cats, as requested. A small private garden was attached to the property. The property is very well maintained, there is a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a lush garden. Just outside the hotel there are several restaurants, bike rentals, cafes, a Tops, and a 7-Eleven. The beaches of Rawai and Naiharn are less than 10 minutes away, by motorbike. I'll go back to this property for sure.

All staff so friendly and kind . The whole.plave is really clean and they clean the rooms everyday and change the bedding every 3 days, sometimes more . The pool area is beautiful, so relaxing and the water always warm, surrounded by palm trees amd plants, so relaxing

Lovely little spot on a quiet-ish road (for Phuket!). The rooms are spacious and the beds are massive. The staff are friendly and attend to your every need. I was a bit worried about the location, but there are plenty of places to eat, drink, shop, get a massage, buy some w**d, rent a bike/car, all within a short walk from the hotel. Even better, the Phuket Smart Bus which stops at a few of the main beaches up the coast and goes to the airport stops right outside at the Sai Yuan bus stop, which was great for me an my family to get around before we were comfortable enough to arrange transport for ourselves. Also, the closest and best beach Nai Harn is only a 10 min drive/taxi away, 200thb with Grab.

It's a very small thing but the towel's get replaced everyday even when you request they don't need to be. This is probably not a problem for some people!

Loved it here. Friendly staff. Hospitable and we were very grateful to have an early checkin and a late checkout as we had an evening flight. Had bottles of water and fresh towels and room serviced daily. Fully self-contained apartment with fully equipped kitchen, gas stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Air conditioning unit in main living room with a fan, and fan in bedroom. Was great to have blockout blinds and loads of storage space to store your clothes. Great place to relax in the pool and is quiet, yet if you prefer to have a drink or two, there is a bar opposite the road. The noise (minimal) didn't worry us because our room was at the bottom of the driveway. Only a 2min walk to the 7eleven, local restaurants and cafes. Rented a scooter across the road for our stay which was great to get around easily especially in the heat. Took about 30min ride to Patong and 40min to the Sunday Lai Yard Walking Markets which was a great experience if you enjoy the hustle bustle and to see wonderful arts, crafts, live music and street food. There is a laundromat 5min walkaway and they will wash n dry for 50baht per kg. Highly recommend staying here and we will book again on our next trip over. Thank you!

It was everything I needed! I work in Koh Phi Phi and going often in Phuket. The location is peaceful, far enough from tourist bars, not too far from the beach. Staff are very kind.

This is a beautiful and peaceful complex with a lovely sized pool. I would have given even a 10 if it wasn't for a couple of issues we had upon arrival. I would advise people that plan to be in bed fairly early (if they have young children/babies) to specifically mention this when booking and request an apartment away from the main road. When we arrived, we were placed in the apartment right opposite a couple of bars which was difficult for us because we came with our baby- if we were alone, it wouldn't have bothered us as we would have been coming back to the apartment late at night by which time the noise would have died down. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating when we informed them and the next day they placed us in another apartment that was perfectly peaceful. There are a couple of supermarkets close by and a couple of cafes and a massage parlor too. You're a couple of minutes away on a moped from the busier centre. We would definitely stay here again.

It is advertised that there are ironing facilities in the apartments but you actually can use their ironing facilities which are based in the complex, not your own apartment. One of the AC units didn't function properly so we moved to the other bedroom- a service would solve this.

Lovely room and surroundings. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. As we didn't have a motorbike or car we used the airport bus or taxi to get around locally as walking along the road was too dangerous. The location is a bit out of the more built up areas although there are two supermarkets, a number of cafes and bars for meals and drinks, and a lovely cafe for breakfast .

On arrival, we were shown to a very shabby studio apartment, where several things didn't work, the door, the shower, and the safe deposit box. After requesting a room change, the staff were very helpful, enabling us to move into a very comfortable apartment on the following day, where everything was as it should be.

We recently had the pleasure again of staying at Phuket Riviera Villas for 7 unforgettable days. From the moment we arrived, the place feels like a second home to us. This is our tenth stay. The cozy atmosphere and stunning surroundings truly make it paradise. The staff were not only lovely but also incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. We can't wait to return next year and relive the amazing experience all over again.

We noticed a lot of small things that have become a bit rundown and are in need of a renew. It’s our favourite place in the world so we are really hoping that the owners bring it back to its former glory.
