The staff were excellent. Police , attentive & respectfull.

The location was not the very best, yet the staff and management made up for it with the polite nature and support. The facility is on top of a hill so hard to walk up the hill but the staff were always accommodating and ready to give you a lift to the city centre with their own car for only B200.

The staff is very nice n friendly. The rooms are huge and nice and very comfortable and a really great value for the price.

The swimming pool has brown water. Doesn't look like the photos at all. I didn't even think of swimming there.

The hotel manager was very professional and accommodated us very nicely. He was able to guide us through a lot of problems we could have faced during transportation.

Breakfast was not available on the 1st day. Toilet shower was too fast.

The room are so clean & fresh .

King size bed with double single mattress. The mattress is ok,i came for honeymoon do you know what i means 😉

The room was spacious. The mattress was comfortable. The balcony was spacious and beautiful. The staffy was super kind. We rented a good motorbike from them. Kenny was super kind. Everyone there was kind. The food was delicious. We only ate lunch, Thai dishes.

You need a motorbike to get to the beach, and it is very hilly. If you are good at riding a motorbike, then this won't be a problem. The room was quite clean, it is the bathroom that was not clean. If they only used some detergent to clean the bathroom and some mold, the room would be perfect.

I had a very pleasant stay in Ratana Hill Patong. The hotel is 10-20 mins away on a motorbike from all the happening places in Patong while also being located in a calm and peaceful area. The hotel staff is excellent and friendly. They also prepared delicious Thai food for breakfast and excellent cocktails. The owner Franck is ever so available and helpful and just a fun guy to speak with. My room was well maintained and clean. Overall, excellent stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Phuket.

Amazing wew from balcony. The possibility of renting of motobike. Taxi servis directly at the hotel. Nice special taxi car. Quite place next to forest.

We had a fantastic 20-day stay at this hotel. Frank and the staff were incredibly kind and always available to help with anything I needed. The service was excellent, and we truly felt welcomed throughout our stay. The atmosphere is friendly, and the team goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel is situated in Patong (vibrant area of Phuket) but is tucked away in a quiet location up a mountain. It was a perfect quiet retreat for me but I was also able to get to the centre of Patong within 30 mins for some nightlife. Franck the owner and his staff go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Being a bit further from the centre might not suit everyone but I preferred being in a quieter area.

Room spacious, bed comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Lovely food cooked fresh. Quiet area, not far from the liveliness of patong Beach £2 taxi ride away. . .

On a steep hill, however, taxis are cheap.
