This place was fantastic in all respects. The staff were friendly, helpful, and just brilliant. The hotel is clean and in pristine condition. Breakfast was fantastic, with some items served buffet style while you can choose your mains from a menu. The pool area is so good you almost don’t want to get out, and they serve great food, gourmet ice creams, and cocktails right in the pool. I could not fault this hotel on anything, except maybe for the location. It’s a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Patong’s center, but that could be a positive depending on your preference. The hotel arranged transport back to the airport which arrived on time.

The distance from Patong center and the beach area could be a concern for people who want to close to the action as it is not within walking distance. The 2km takes about 15 minutes with a vehicle due to the heavy traffic in the area. The hotel provides free shuttle services to and from that area, but the last trip is at 6 PM. It would have been great to have an option until 11 PM. Tuk-tuks are available 24/7 and charge 300 baht to take you back to the hotel.

The rooms were fantastic, we initially booked two nights and booked another night. The rooms were fantastic, the suites by the pool were amazing. I also left behind a couple of items and the staff were fantastic about it and they were able to send them to my next hotel via post as it was in a different region. You can easily get a taxi back to this hotel from Patong beach, it's in a lovely quiet area away from all the hustle and bussle of Patong. Highly recommend it. It's got great facilities.

Resort is quite new. Definitely well maintained. Pool with a bar in it floating unicorn as well. Poolside fire pit where they burn logs in I at night. Breakfast is nothing like the usual hotel breakfast. Food made fresh to order. Tasted amazing. Staff so welcoming, smiles all round when you show up. Usually avoid hotel breakfasts like the plague but this place. I keep going back for it! Bed was great as well. Abit soft on the edges but the middle was medium firmness probably 7/10 on firmness scale. Bathtub huge can fit 2 adults. Fills fast drains quick as well. Every amenity is as you would expect it. Chose this place because it looked great! They definitely lived up to expectations and exceeded it. Btw coffee they give in the room is by illy. Definitely good coffee! Only downside is it's a steep climb up the hill if u don't take taxis. So we took taxis every day but we didn't mind one bit because we chose the place based on what they offered and every cent is worth. First hotel we felt get above and more than what we paid for.

Fantastic location, very clean and spacious. The staff is absolutely fantastic, polite and helpful. I specialised the lady from the night shift named Kim, such a gem. This hotel is quiet, intimate, perfect for people who want to rest.

We stayed in mountain view room. Cleaniness, bed, bathroom, space, balcony with view, buffet breakfast with unlimited alacarte menu, service, swimming pool, free pool table, peaceful location, great cocktails, reasonable inroom dining prices, coffee machine, family friendly and security. 711, laundry and scooter rental located at end of street.

Hotel is on top of the hill with a very long steep slope which may not suitable for some. We knew it before we booked and we had rented a scooter so did not have to walk. The location makes it very private and peaceful but still 3 kms away from the main areas. Grab is available easily to move around if not renting scooter. Gym is little small but has everything you need for a good workout. 2 for 1 drinks should be available all day instead of fixed hours.

The hotel is a small premise, set back from the razzle-dazzle of Patong, in a quiet area, which is great if you want some tranquility. It is only a short 10-minute car ride (about 5€ by Bolt) away from Bangla, Patong beach and all the most popular places. The rooms are fantastically well put together, very comfortable and with many amenities. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its management and the exceptional staff working there. They will absolutely go above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible. Believe me, they will do all that they can to accommodate your needs. They treated me so well while I was there that I truly felt I was among friends (I travel as a profession, and I have never seen a group of people more welcoming, friendly and absolutely helpful than the staff at Skyview). Not only would I repeat booking at Skyview, I am already planning to go back! :)

Nothing. If anything, it would be great if the (free) transfer to Patong beach had more frequency later in the day (it finishes at 17.00). But it is not a big issue really, as you can easily find a cheap and short ride by Bolt. There is nothing that I did not like. All I can say is 'Thank you for making my stay in Patong truly memorable'

I stayed at SKYVIEW Resort Phuket Patong Beach for 3 nights with my wife and 3 year old daughter. From Arrival until Departure we had the best experience! Rooms are clean an spacious, food is authentic and delicious (the chicken tikka masala is a must try), staff is friendly and helpful and there are all facilities that you need. Loved the property, rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the sunset double room and would recommend. About 2km from bangla road/patong beach which is about 25min walk/short tuk tuk away. We opted to walk and it was very doable! Just far enough away for quiet but close for convenience. Amazing views, overall 5⭐

The steep hill outside, the only downside to the property but there's a 7/11 at the bottom of the hill which makes it worthwhile! In saying that, its very short and we didn't have an issue with it, good to note though!:)

We loved our suite room with garden view. It was spacious enough and had two sinks. Comfy bed, two bottles of complimentary water daily and great breakfast! There is 7/11 nearby and a few fruit stalls but otherwise had to use taxi to get anywhere. Thanks to the great and helpful staff! Top and Ked and many more others.

Steep hill that the hotel is located on. Many taxis and shuttles refused to drive there. Great cardio tho. Oh and a little detail, we celebrated a birthday and if the hotel would have put any little attention, it would have made us happy.
