Value for money, location, facilities. Loved the pool access room. Staff were friendly. Blue waters & Alfa restaurant foods were AMAZING. The layout of the resort itself has been well thought out & easy to navigate. Includes a day spa.

Some of the pool tiles were chipped or broken & do need to be replaced. We stayed in 3 different rooms & noticed the silicone in the corner of the showers so need a little TLC otherwise everything else was fantastic! Very good value for money.

Loved the pool access room! Some of the decking may need updating but nothing major! The location was great for us as it was a 5 minute scooter ride down to Bangla Rd. Beautiful rooms & great value for money. Alfa Restaurant was beautiful & had really yummy food!

I loved the facilities available such as the fitness centre, the multiple pools, the bar and restaurant as well as room service. I also LOVEDDDD the scenery of the resort.

Only thing I didn’t like about the property was that the check out time was pretty early.

We liked the walk-in pool. The general cleaning staff were great. The property is beautiful and picturesque especially from the restaurant.

The property had a lot of insects and bugs. Pool water could be a lot cleaner. The English language could be better as it was a little hard to communicate to the staff. The traffic coming off the main road was horrendous. At the start we had problems with the spa not working and the TV remote battery was expired.

The staff were really helpful and lovely. Our room got cleaned everyday and the hospitality was amazing. Room service food was better then a lot of restaurants I went too and was really quick delivery. They have a 24/7 menu which was really convenient. Couldn’t fault it.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the bed. The bed was a lot harder then I am used too but I did start getting used to it after a couple nights.

The property is located in a very tremendous location on the hill Very relaxing place and resort Good price for all the things included in the room

The place have a very good design but needs a refurbishment, Always an issue on hot water, the jacuzzi is too noisy and the water contain too much product for water cleaning Also the outdoor fountains are too noisy and especially disturbing at night The room is not very sound proof isolated You have to fix that and the stay will perfect because you have an exceptional resort

Its a big resort so you’ll need to call the lobby for a ride between you room and lobby and they will help you but one time we got there late they didn’t have a ride we got to walk You can’t get in and out the hotel by walking, its on a high way so you’ll need a taxi to get in or out And the hotel can provide you with one

had a private pool villa, with a good size pool that got sun for part of the day. room was a good size and staff were helpful. had room service twice and food arrived hot and was tasty and as described, not expensive. some parts of the complex were shut, but i believe this is stated when you book, as they are just reopening post covid. some of the communal areas needed a bit of tlc, but it did not spoil our trip and i think as more people start travelling, they will be able to address this.

slightly out of town and road into patong not suitable for walking so need transport to get to patong. that being said, it would be nice if they had a shop where you could buy reasonable priced soft drinks snacks etc. there is a local shop you can walk to about five mins to the left up the hill

Fantastic hotel complex, with gorgeous range of rooms / villas. We had a lovely view from our pool which made the stay even more special! The rooms are big with great amenities available.

The location was disappointing for us as you are unable to walk anywhere.

The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and the resort is amazing. I like the fact that reception are always available to help and taxis and transfers can easily be arranged via the airport. It is expensive to use their taxi service. Bolt works just fine and is very decent priced!

It’s very hard to communicate with the hotel staff as nobody really understands english. On a couple of occasions despite having the do not disturb sign on i felt someone would knock and come into to roo to either spray the room, clean the jacuzzi and i found that quite annoying. Location wise it is not as close to central as I would like it and if you are staying here you will either require a moped, car or taxis as it’s a far walk from the beach and the resort is up a steep hill
