The staff here were really friendly. I've been to Thailand many times, and this was the first hotel I felt they made a real difference in. Weldone to these staff. The hotel was also more modern and clean. The location is also good.

Only the minor things to report from this stay: Multiple times throughout the day, there is a mosque near by, be aware of the loud calls to Allah 5-6 times per day. The breakfast looked really nice, but the taste wasn't there. We are a mixed family British and Thai but both felt this let the stay down a little. Overpricing of some items at 300% over the price you can get elsewhere, understandably mark up is part of the buisness but things seemed to be a little more than other places.

Overall, good value for money with a comfortable stay and friendly staff. The facilities are decent and well-maintained, however, the swimming pool closes early. Rooms were cleaned daily, but some essential hotel amenities, such as a one-time toothbrush and slippers etc were missing. Breakfast was diverse, with a focus on Indian cuisine.

As two women traveling alone, we encountered some guests who were bothering us, even following us to our floor and room. Although we never initiated any interaction, some strangers even called our room using the hotel phone. We reported this to the staff, but no action was taken. We left the next day.

The pool with the view was lovely

The room is big, facilities are new, staffs are so helpful I can request all the necessary amenities, such as: iron, slipper, shaving kit

Breakfast is decent Location is 1.5km from Patong beach so unless you rent a motorbike, otherwise you will cost 200 baht to go to Patong beach.

The customer service was top notch, nothing to complain. The staffs were all very helpful and polite.

1. The facilities are limited, pool is a bit small and the area was not well maintained, the grass around the pool area shouldve been trimmed. 2. Comments on the room: - the ventilation is pretty bad as the ac would cause our floor to be wet in the morning. Maybe you should consider servicing ur ac. - toilet drains are clogged. 3. However considering the reasonable price and awesome customer servicw by the staff i would still recommend this hotel to my peers

We liked the pool area and the well maintained rooms. A little away from main patong area however they have shuttl service till beach. They serve you with an amazing Blue tea drink when you arrive and you are going to cherish the taste for the rest of thailand trip.

There were many broken chairs near the pool area and the quality of the beverages served were not good inj quality. They can improve their pool baar very much as orange juice was also served from concentrate and not fresh. The red wine was a disaster.

Breakfast was great, rooms were clean. Rooftop bar was nice and service was top notch. Lost a key card and reception returned at no additional cost! Within walking distance to central phuket and close to many good restauraunts

Could not use keycards to access the downstairs access door. was slightly tedious having to go all the way up to reception and use the other lifts to access our rooom which was on the ground floor.

very cosy rooms, mattress is very comfortable. Very modern rooms. the connecting rooms are fantastic for a group of 3-4.

a little far from the night life but not the worst, 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi to Patong Beach. Booked this hotel mainly for stop over purpose. Breakfast was awful for the price you pay which is 250 bhat, expect noodles and pasta for breakfast.

i was very excited staying in the hotel. I d like to mention cleaning staff, they were nice (new bed linen and new towels every day) , thanks a lot! Also perfect location! The most popular Bangla road, the market , the mall , Patong beach in ten min from the hotel to reach Thanks to hotel staff - Lena, Benz, Cena, Kot, Pex , Prim, Max!!! you re best ever!

The cleaning staff is very nice but a taken a bit more time to clean the rooms better. More look for the little things, what i mean details and a bit more sweap and wipe the floors. Otherwise ,they are very friendly and always helpful und in a good mood.
