The location of the hotel was perfect. A short 5-minute walk to Patong Beach and about 10 minutes away from Bangla Road. The pools were great, the deluxe garden view room we chose was spacious enough, though not overly so. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of Asian, Indian and English food.

The pools close at 8pm which was very disappointing. At breakfast, the cooks frying the bacon and eggs were very unfriendly and slow. The aircon in the room is very noisy, we battled to sleep with it on yet without it the room is too hot. Our shower did not have a door, instead it had a curtain which is very unhygienic. Tours and transport offered by the hotel were heavily overpriced. We felt the hotel was overpriced given what we experienced. We wanted to extend our stay in Patong however the hotel would not offer a reduced rate so we opted to move to another location.

i liked the pool, i really liked the breakfast, i really really liked that the room was directly accessible from the garden, and the location was sick.

the gym only had one machine for every muscle group and did not work in some of the settings. The treadmills didn't operate properly. No free weights above 10kg

Located far away from all the noise but you’re a still a walking distance away from the beach, the walking street and the restaurants. Lots of variety for breakfast from western, Thai and Indian food. The gym was very decent but the aircon in the gym wasn’t working and the treadmill fans don’t work either. The hotel provides you with a beach bag and towels that you can with outside the property, very thoughtful.

The hand shower as the only option in the shower, the restaurant is overpriced, got the same dishes at a restaurant for 50baht less. The cocktails were extremely weak, felt like virgin cocktails. Facilities could use some revamping, looked dull and old.

We love how friendly and attentive the staff were , especially the concierge helping us book all the best trips and tours for a good price they were amazing , the breakfast was good and swimming pool was amazing - housekeeping was standard they didn’t make the bed properly but that’s okay we are not fussy guests we loved the location and the spa was definitely an experience thank you to the amazing ladies . Also they made it super special for our anniversary that was super sweet .

The pool closes early , housekeeping was not done properly ( bed making - still had crumbs of the day before ) , room not always swept and mopped properly.

The staff were super friendly. There was a good variety of options for breakfast. The rooms were clean, with daily cleaning service. The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of seating available at all times.

We booked a room with a private jacuzzi, but the water wasn't hot, so it felt more like a small pool. As a result, we only used it once, and it didn’t feel worth the extra cost. The breakfast was good but repetitive, as it was the same every day. It would have been great to see some variety.

The resort has beautiful welcoming grounds and is very clean throughout. The staff were very accommodating and kind. There are two massive pools one with a swim up bar which was fantastic. Our room over looked the pool which was so relaxing and we also had a mountain view too. The resort is close enough to shops, restaurants and the beach but also a little but away so it's not noisy at all and you feel a world away! The room was spotless! The bed was comfy! The aircon was fabulous. The shower pressure was great! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Thailand. It was hard to fault this amazing resort. So affordable in comparison aswell.

The breakfast buffet could of been a tad better. The pancakes and French toast was often not hot. However you can get fresh eggs of any kind made up so the buffet wasn't too bad really.

We stayed in Junior Suite - great sized room, extremely comfortable beds, fabulous sized pool, (and a 2nd one we discovered 2 days in) staff friendly and helpful, good choices for buffet breakfast

Not really a complaint, but you must pay cash as you have a drink in pool bar, can't charge room or pay in lump sum at end, not really convenient to be carrying cash while swimming up to a pool bar - perhaps need to get a system in place.

Pleasant surroundings in a quiet location away from the busy streets. Nice garden and pool setting. Helpful staff and comfortable beds with good aircon. Generally a good breakfast.. Attractive resort with friendly staff. Very good Spa on-site with excellent therapy etc.

Cocktails were not up to standard and were below par with every other that we had consumed over our holiday. Appeared to have a very low alcohol content. Don't offer this option unless you provide a quality product.

The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. Cleaning was done every single day, the pools were also clean and it was a pleasure to swim. The location is very close to Bangla road and the beach, and other facilities, restaurants you may need. I also loved how there was so much nature in the hotel and the area surrounding it. Daily breakfast is also varied.

Unfortunately the only thing that I did not like were the walls literally made of thin paper. I could literally hear how the other people were plugging their phone in the room next to me, showering, talking etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Deevana Resort & spa , staff were amazing , we booked a jacuzzi room which is a decent size , plenty of room clean with bed very comfortable, our room was relaxing and peaceful , we also had the view of the main pool. Breakfast was included in our package , again we really enjoyed our breakfasts each day as their was alway a good variety of rices , pastries , the coffee is absolutely amazing and it’s free ☕️, Deevana is just a short walk to shops , markets , chemist , money changers , eateries , local massages ,chemist etc .. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our holiday for another 7days , Deevana upgraded our package so we could keep the jacuzzi room at no extra cost which we truely appreciated . Thank you 🙏

We didn’t have anything to complain about we really enjoyed our stay but maybe some more pool toys to float around with would be great ☺️
