The rooms were large, spacious and clean. The food at the restaurant below the hotel was very good.

Internet was a bit slow on the 5th floor, but manageable.

We got a free upgrade to deluxe room with amazing hill view. The rooms were very specious and clean. The stuffs were extremely friendly. Most importantly the hotel was very affordable. At first I booked it for two days only, then I extended it for two days more. Hotel’s restaurant and tour service also were top notch. I recommend it to all!

The ac takes time to cool the room. Wifi was disturbing a little.

We were on the 2nd floor which was nice so we didn’t need to go up too many stairs. Very spacious and has what you need. Air conditioning made a noise and wasn’t very strong in our room. We put it at 16 but wasn’t really 16. Staff was very nice.

Had nothing to say negative until we checked out. The receptionist made us wait till they check that the room was in good condition. They show us the pillow case and sheets saying that we stained it. The marks on the sheets are not from us and they made me try to wash it with hand soap to prove that it won’t come off. They said that we have to pay 1000 baht. Luckily the owner was here and we spoke to him explaining that there was no way we could have made these black stains has they were like straight lines. I’ve been to many hotels and nothing like this ever happened to me.

The hotel is super clean and the staff very friendly, the room is big and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly and the WiFi as well, the room is well equipped with tv, mini fridge, electric kettle and closet with safe box inside. Downstairs you have a really good Turkish restaurant with delicious food and also you can book any tour and ferry ticket from reception . Walking distance to the Main Street is around 15 min. The staff really helpful they even helped me to storage my suitcase for free at the hotel for a few days while I’m doing a short trip to the islands. Very good value, excellent quality price.

Clean, big, comfortable rooms. Budget hotel. Great Location. Walk to beach, Bangla Rd. Still in busy area but far enough away from Bangla to escape the mayhem! Staff very friendly. Lots of small restaurants in neighborhood.

Wifi is an issue. Very inconsistant. Can get noisy. Loud People talking echoes up stairwell. Walking through restaurant to rooms can feel a bit odd at times.

This is one of the finest place in phuket to stay, much recommended place. Raj(Resturant supervisor) and his team members assisted us while having our food. (mouth watering food) as an Indian I fall in love with turkish and Mediterranean food. staff is courteous. Reception staff was amazing always smiling and humbly answering whatever we ask😊 We booked our package from "Hana" beautiful human being she took 1 hour just to let us know which tour package will be best for us ( my recommendation is to book tour package from her, she gives the best discount and the phi phi island tour was amazing )

Hello, we really liked your hotel, it’s the best in Phuket 2 in 1 and in Thailand and Turkey it’s as if we’ve been, your breakfasts are gorgeous, the rooms are cozy, spacious, the bed linen is soft, clean, soft, you don’t even want to wake up, you’re the best. This hotel is extremely good value for money - the rooms are huge and have everything you need, the staff are very friendly and the location is convenient for Patong but just out of the way of all the noise.

The only small negatives were the wifi did not work very well and the bed was quite hard, but other than that, can’t fault it!

Staff behaviour was awesome. On the first day we faced some power cut problems at night. However the manager and staff tried to fix it for the night, and they succeeded. On the next day, without delay they fixed it permanently. Every small hospitality was good at this price. Who are the Indian travellers (budgeted), I recommend this hotel to all of you.
