Good location - close enough for a look but far enough away from the seedy streets of Patong. Plenty of shops & food immediately you step out of hotel. Large, clean room, fridge. Asked for a kettle, VG wifi. Only stairs if you need to consider this. Water & toilet paper left every day. Scooter rental close by. 7/11 & Tops across the road. Quiet enough for sleeping. Good hotel for price. Have a cafe on ground floor ( I didn’t use but was popular). Reception good English and helpful

Everything very good

The staff is extremely polite and friendly. They make up the room when you ask them. The hotel is clean, air conditioning and shower work perfectly. Shampoo and shower gel get topped everyday. The bed is comfortable enough and the pillows are very good. They provide 2 bottles of water and a toilet paper roll everyday.

The hotel is perfect. About the position... You have to walk 15 minutes to get to the central road.

The lady in control was very helpful and pleasant. All her staff were too. It was like they were family and all pulling together. It was a very nice clean experience and I would definitely stay there again. It was a real home from home experience.

There seemed to be a slight noise at night perhaps with the boiler but it didn't wake me up although I could hear it. The bed was a bit lumpy but I noticed a few new mattresses in the hallway so it looked like that problem would be fixed very soon. It was a huge bed too! Very large! There wasn't a light switch near the bed so you had to walk from the door in the dark after sitting the light off. A small table lamp would have been a great help. The shower was off centre and would have been an easy fix. Just little things like that would have made it nicer. All in all it's a lovely guest house with great staff and I was happy with my stay. These are constructive comments and if the small things mentioned were done it would be an even better place!

The room was very comfortable. Good shower pressure and no problem with the hot water. They left two bottles of water and a toilet roll every day, so no fear of it running out. There was no kettle in my room, but I asked for one, and they went out and bought a brand new one. Coffee and smoothies downstairs in the restaurant were excellent. Socket that was also European, right by the bed. Good aircon. Good location, shops, restaurants and bars nearby, and only a short walk to the party streets.

The room was only cleaned if you asked for it to be, which didn't bother me. There was no light by the bed. The room I had was on the main road, so a little noisy at times, but nothing to keep me awake.

The stay in this hotel was fantastic. The lady who cleaned my room and all the staff were very Very good Would stay here again great locwith shops and the beach all close.

You need to take into account that there are no elevators in Phuket nearly nowhere, this one wasn’t an exception. Noticed that the beds are hard at all 3 places I stayed at Phuket, maybe its a standard as well.
