Location is prime. Not too close to Bangla but within walking distances to many great restaurants and the beach. If you take the rooms on the 6th floor, you’ll have a nice sized balcony.

If you take their basic room - the cheapest. It’s not like the photos shown. It’s in a different building and your balcony faces a wall that’s 2 or 3 meters away. Hallways look dark. I changed my room immediately.

The staff were all so friendly and professional! I felt so welcome from the moment I arrived. They definitely left an impression on me. The pool is gorgeous, very inviting. I didn’t want to get out! The rooms were clean, spacious and had heaps of storage! This hotel is fantastic. Great breakfast and location too! Walking distance from Patong Beach.

When we first arrived the room had a damp smell. I assume it was coming from the aircon. Housekeeping sprayed something in the room to get rid of the odour and it helped but did come back. Eventually we got used to it. That’s the only negative I have.

After a little confusion over the DayDream Pool being on Level 2 (which is a ground floor, sort of), we were on Cloud 9. The bed was so fluffy and comfortable, the shower was gorgeous to relax under and you felt like you were in your own bougie walk in robe with all the storage and shelf space. The staff were super friendly and even organised a small cake for my mum for her 70th. All the staff came around our table at breakfast and sung happy birthday to her! Later on in the holiday when she had hurt herself, they were fantastic with helping us find a medical centre and would continually check in on her when we went past reception asking if she was feeling okay and if they could do anything for her.

There was a dampness to the room, it didn't smell, but there was just a dampness around. Not sure maybe whether it was to do with the aircon being on and the heat and humidity outside, but it seemed that if you left your clothes laying over the bed, when you'd come back later in the day, they were damp. Even I tried laying them across the back of the couch and they would still feel damp. Again, no smell, but it was just a bit odd that things weren't 100% dry.

beautiful staff, clean and well kept facilities. lots to do around the hotel but also felt secluded and quiet considering it is in a busy location. favourite place we have stayed in at phuket so far.

We arrived earlier at the hotel and they tried their level best to ensure we got an early check in. Everything in that hotel exceeded our expectations, Also the location was close by to main without it being noisy. The beach, convenient store, atms were a short 3 minute walk

The hotel itself is not too big, so it was convenient at breakfast time and we could always find sunbeds around the pool. The room was spacious, and we liked the balcony, however it was facing a back street. We loved the room service (we could order drinks and food to the room), f&b prices were really reasonable. Only the room cleaning needs improvement.

The hotel is really amazing. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It is equipped with a balcony and also an area where to hang your wet clothes to dry. The wifi is fast too. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is also delicious with a mix of Thai and International cuisines. The location is a 5minute walk to Patong beach and 10-15 walk to Bangla Walking street. There is a tour office next to the reception of the hotel so booking your tours are easy. Just next to the hotel is a money exchange office and a laundry shop so it is very convenient to have your money exchanged and laundry to be done. Restaurants and bars are also few meters away. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we will definitely book Nap Patong again when we come back to Phuket.

Nothing major, it was only the safe which was not working but when we reported it to the receptionist, they fixed it right away.

If I had to pick a fault . It definitely wouldn’t stop me coming back because I’m staying again in April for 35 nights Breakfast the waiting for having your eggs prepared And the coffee machine. To slow Not giving you a full mug Not very hot . Definitely needs up grading Only one toasting machine Like I say I’m nick picking Love the hotel and can’t wait to come back
