The hotel is located about a five minute walk to Patong beach and about 10 to 15 minutes away from Bangla Walking Street. There was plenty of choice for breakfast to meet everyones tastes. The room was located in a separate block with a sliding door onto the back yard where two chairs and a table were located.

A cockroach was found in the bathroom and the wash basin was not draining the water fast enough. I reported these at the same time to reception but I doubt if anything was done about them. The latch on the sliding door that led onto the back yard was not working and so could only be attached by the chain.

starting with a warm welcome at the reception desk right uppon arrival, I had just to wait shortly till my room was available; the room itself was spaceous, clean, and the bed was really comfortable; the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of continental as well as asian-style food; everything was tasty and the selection has been changing day by day; the Location of the Hotel is just awesome - the street itself is quiet for Patong beach area, whereas everything one needs is just a frog leap away - Shops, Restaurants, pharmacy, and the beautyful Patong Beach; I highly appreciate the kindness and hospitality of the entire Hotel Staff, and Special thx to Mrs. Saw who took care of my room throughout my entire stay; Looking forward to stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Patong Beach again !!

Defenitely nothing worth mentioning to complain about - Everything was Great

The property was lovely & well located to the beach & restaurants. The staff were an absolute delight….

The pool was lovely but it lacks any sort of discipline from the unruly children that are allowed to constantly dive bomb you, the hard footballs that were allowed to be thrown around you made it impossible to swim . Most of the time there wasn’t a parent in sight for most of the day & when they were , they were just as bad …. Please understand that I know children are on holiday & should be allowed to enjoy themselves but there has to be some sort of control…

Breakfast not so good, they have one day only eye egg and other day only Scrambled egg. In Thailand Hotles, usually in 4 stars hotel they should make you egg as you want. also limited fruits and not many fruits like exist in other Thailand hotels.

Location is perfect!Near to main street and beach, but in more quiet area,surrounded by small shops,exchanges and even massage salon. Restaurant is clean,with good variety of food,even so options are different every day. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

I was expecting that room will be bigger, shower gel is finished on second day and nobody refilled it, brand of shower gel and shampoo was not personalized, it was commercial brand,which is weird a bit to me. Room was cleaned every day but not really neat. If this things will be fixed (attention to details) then it would be perfect.

A wonderful hotel. The lobby is spacious and beautiful. Its location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach. There's a Seven-Eleven branch and ATM next door, as well as shops and restaurants all around. It's a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road or Jungceylon Shopping Center. It's the perfect choice if you want to be in the heart of Patong Beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and if you ask for anything, it's immediately available. The breakfast buffet was good.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Phuket Patong Beach Central and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Staff were excellent, room was clean, good housekeeping. The room that I checked-in was okay but the AC was not cool enough. Later when I informed the reception, they sent a guy and he said the room will be cool soon, but it didn't. Later I went to the reception and they offered me another room in the round floor, but I did not accept that. Then they offered me a room and mentioned they will put two beds together and my wife and I both got upset. However, the Diane handled the situation really well and we were then offered an upgraded room, which was good and the AC was running really well. Self Laundry facility was excellent.

The breakfast was okay but not very suitable for a Muslim traveller as they did not have any Halal food option. There was no fresh juice available in the breakfast.

The staff there were excellent and very attentive to your needs. The room and property was well maintained and offered a lot of wonderful experiences for the guests to enjoy.

Can’t say anything bad about it. I would consider changing out the wood doors to the rooms. In the tropical climate the doors would swell and often times the door to the room would be difficult to open or close. Other than that great property at a great price.

Just an amazing stay at this Holiday Inn Express Patong Central - everything was fine the room was stylish, the bathroom was sufficiently large and clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the hotel was located well in the center of Patong area, very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, food stalls, market places, etc. though the central location with Patong, it was relatively calm within the hotel which was really awesome, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful

solely a comment on a lack of space at the breakfast buffet, as well as too less tables and seats during breakfast rush hour
