Location walking distance to nightlife, 1 bedroom suite with balcony was nice, big room, nice bathroom, small balcony for smokers. Ling at reception was amazing, staff very helpful and friendly. Walk to everything, beach is just outside. Really enjoyed my stay here, good value for money.

The noisy club at the end of the street makes sleeping a bit difficult if you are on that side of the building.

Fantastic location, just a short walk from Patong Beach, with many restaurants, bars and clubs nearby. The hotel is a reasonable walking distance from Bangla Road walking street and Jungceylon Mall, so you are not dependant on public transport (the traffic in Patong can slow to a crawl). But what makes this hotel outstanding for me are the staff!! In particular, Ling and her colleagues at reception are so friendly and attentive, they are an absolute joy!! Clean and comfortable, Rayaburi Hotel is a gem.

The hotel is a little dated but I really do not mind. It is very clean, comfortable, secure, wonderful location and the exceptional staff more than make up for it. There are no dining facilities at the hotel but you will find an excellent range of restaurants to suit all budgets in the immediate area of the hotel

Rooms were spacious and housekeeping was excellent. Linen was high quality and fresh towels and water were provided daily. Bathrooms were really excellent with a separate shower and deep bath. Reception staff were helpful and professional. There was no issue getting our deposit back at the end of the stay, once staff had inspected the room.

Rooms (some) in main building did not have balconies or large windows with any view. The pool was in a separate building and was very small but as we were close to the beach we didn’t use it anyway. The room we stayed in on the last day was not as spacious or up to date, but did have a balcony.

The location is great, right in the middle of Patong, surrounded by restaurants/bars/massage parlours. The beach is at the end of the street. The room was great - clean with a balcony overlooking the night market across the road. Nothing fancy but perfectly adequate. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. We had to check in a few days late and their communication was timely.

The street is noisy so if you are a light sleeper, perhaps request a room towards the back of the building. It didn't bother us too much. The design of the shower means water goes everywhere every time you shower. A heads up - you need to leave a 1000 baht deposit on arrival which will be refund on check out. You also need to leave your key with reception every time you leave the hotel.

I liked everything about the room we chose and were given. It was spacious with vintage wooden furniture and we had a spacious shower cubicle and a bathtub in the washroom, which was why I chose this hotel and this particular room. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

Just that there was no fan in the room, we had to depend on the AC only and it took a while to cool the room after we came back from outside drenched in sweat.

Good location, very nice staff, rooms were big and good value for price.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the photo that shows what the outside looks like was not our hotel it was the one which was next to it. Still very nice but was not what the photo showed

The property is in a good location with many food places across the street , a 7eleven on the doorstep and the beach less than a 5 minute walk. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is also a local bus to Phuket town just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. We also found that the room was spacious and the bathroom had a shower and a separate bathtub.

The jacuzzi area was poorly maintained and the rooftop wasn’t in good shape.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and attentive. I especially want to thank Ling at the front desk, who was lovely from start to finish. Always smiling, professional, and ready to help, she truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you again for everything! I highly recommend this place without hesitation.
