Everything was SUPERB/EXECELLENT never seen such a humble, polite and very cooperative helo desk. tho the property look bit old, but its under new management and things have chagned to brand new everything. inside the room everything was brand new, like entering brand new hotel. the location is in in heart of the city. everything is just walkable distance. from massage to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping is all walkable distance. beach is hardly 3mins walk. the famous bangla road is just 250m. once you are there, you dont need cab, you can walk around and find everything, inside the hotel there is 2 different massage spa which is cheap and good. i requested for early checkin and they agreed. 2 days after my check out i called them i told them i need to keep my baggage for few hours, as i have later night flight and existing villa doesnt allow me to keep my baggage, and they welcome me and allowed me to keep the baggage, free water, gave me a room to get fresh. i am sure this will be very good place to stay with families. soon turkish restaurant is coming up, the receiption is getting more beautiful with live plants. i will surely stay there, whenever i m in phuket.

Hotel is in a great location, mattress was very comfortable and we loved the new amenities ( TV, Fridge etc ) The hotel has everything you need for a few days away. Really nice swimming pool and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.

Our room lacked some character, no pictures or decorations to make it feel abit more homely but this could be due to hotel currently being under renovations. Could maybe do with more comfortable sunbeds and maybe some hand towels for the bathroom as it is separate to the shower room.

Quite central to everything. Half way between beach and main shopping strip. Staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating.

Nothing to do with the property but can be noisy in the evening due to bands playing but guess it goes with the central location.

We arrived at this hotel and weren't expecting too much but were pleasantly surprised. From the outside, it doesn't look very much, but as soon as you enter the building, you are greeted by very friendly staff who are super helpful. Free water on arrival, and if you ask for more, they will give you some. We headed up to the room, which was very clean and tidy ( and ready half an hour early). The aircon was super worked all the time throughout our stay. which is helpful when you want to get out the heat from travelling. Rooms were basic but had everything you needed. They clean the rooms between 10 and 4, but you just leave your hanger on the door whether you want it doing or not, but if you dont, you can still ask for clean towels, etc. They also have towels you can use for the pool, so you don't need to use your own. We had absolutely no complaints. Out the back of the hotel had music playing from the pub next door but it stopped at about 11.30 which wasn't an issue at all. Don't get me wrong, it was loud, but because it stopped reasonably early, it wasn't a problem. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this property, and I would return if I came to this part of Thailand again.

Excellent location, large and quiet room, well equipped, excellent cleaning, fantastic bed. new sheets and towels. Quiet refrigerator and air conditioning. Beautiful and clean swimming pool. Excellent value for money.

The entrance to the hotel is not very visible, this can create difficulties in identifying it.

Amazing location. Had a 7/11 and Tops supermarket right outside. Few 100 mtrs walk to Bangla Street and all the buzz. The rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were good. We chose this property for its location as we were here for just a night and wanted to hang out at Bangla street. The staff at reception was great. They didn't have a service staff...but the staff at the reception helped us with the luggage. They have restaurants right outside too. Highly recommend.

They have two wings..with 1 of them a bit at the back . We were a group so it was fine...but if I was travelling alone . I might find it a little lonely at night to go upto my room.

This small hotel was in a perfect location just a couple of minutes walk from beach and nightlife at Patong Beach. The facility was 3.5 star I would say. It is extremely clean and everything worked in the room including A/C, fridge, safe, toilet, sink and shower. In addition, the staff was SUPER friendly, big smiles, enthusiastic service for all requests. Furthermore, the pool was big and beautiful and included shower and restrooms by the pool. I would definitely stay there again when looking for a value hotel.

The only thing lacking at this hotel is professional interior decorating. It could use some remodeling in the bathrooms and interior decor.

It was just amazing, perfect place with perfect staff and very close to everything. Could not be better and next time in pukhet I will don’t think twice times

The property was newly renovated and everything was clean and hygienic. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The location also played a pivotal role in me staying there.

There was nothing that I did not like.
