+ The curtain in the shower is so cool. It is the first time in my life in Phuket, when the floor in the toilet was dry, and I have comfortably cleaned my teeth without staying in an eternal puddle from the shower 🚿. Also, an interesting experience is sitting on a toilet directly over the very crowded crossroad.

Because, the room is directly over the crowded crossroad and this is the main artery of Patong. Screech of ambulance for 5 minutes, just because there are eternal traffic jams. - thereafter, a motorcyclist which decides that silencers are used only by girls, flying between the lines. - thereafter tuk-tuk with people from the middle east dancing in the middle of traffic jam with their specific music. - multi tons truck simulate little earthquake. - and again ambulance, just because Grand Patong Hospital is in a 3 minutes from you. So, without earplugs - you will die from sleep deprivation approximately after 7 days.

Wonderful quiet hotel for budget traveller. Fairly quiet room. Beds were comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. Room cleaned every day if you wanted it to be. Two bottles of water left daily. Fridge and safe in each room. Plenty of hot water to the shower. Swimming pool on the top floor with sea views on the upper level. The staff were all excellent and friendly. Most spoke very good English. 3 minute walk to the beach and very close to everything Patong has to offer. Tourist information and trip booking facility at the hotel with several money exchanges and ATM machines nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families travelling on a budget. I would book this hotel again.

Great location, breakfast was a pleasant surprise. They supplied pool towels and beach mats for free. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The bed was uncomfortable and even though it's a great location it meant it was very noisy. The pool was smaller than except but overall a great place to stay

The attentiveness and responsiveness whenever something needed to be catered to or repaired. The hotel offers cleaning and maintaining the rooms on a daily basis.

For the most part, the room's price reflects the quality of services and facilities provided. There is always room for improvement in some details like placing name tags in the breakfast containers so that people will know the type of product they are receiving especially if they are foreigners to the area. Customer service training and serving etiquette will be maybe an option for some of the Hotel Staff.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Always chatting and welcoming to me which was lovely. The location was perfect, near the beach and restaurants but far enough away from the madness of Bangla road. A few extra touches in the hotel I really loved and would make me go back -use of beach towels -dressing gown in room -beach mat -big umbrella -tasty breakfast -super comfy and big bed -one of the best showers I’ve had in Thailand so far Oh also the pool and sun loungers are great!and the view from the roof! Oh and complimentary water when they clean your room!

My room didn’t have any windows which was strange. And I didn’t have a balcony/outside space. But there were communal tables outside the front which I sat in to read smoke etc or on the rooftop. It’s the only negative to a great stay. Thank you to all the staff

Friendly Staff with Lovely location at the central area. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Continental BF is perfect, Bread, milk, yogurts, fruits, cheese, sausage, egg, cereal, muesli, coffee, tea, and juice. Complimentary 24 hours for coffee and tea with some snacks. Second home in Phuket. Enjoy the small plung pool with Jacuzzi on the top floor.

The reception is extremely helpful, we arrived at the hotel around 9.30am and guess what, they are good enough to allow us to check in. Our room was already ready for us. Facilities were great, room was clean and well kept and the room service is fantastic

Since phuket is all about going out, this hotel makes do. Very close by the beach, food, groucery and everything.

Breakfast wasn't the best.

Close to everything that you want. Beach, Shop, Mall, Bangla Road, Restaurant, Bank. Great Location. The staff is very helpful and very friendly and warm welcome. Happy Holiday. Complimentary tea, coffee, juice and some snack, fruit for 24 hours. Good value of money.

Many guests stay in hotel, sometime take time to get hot shower to take a bath.
