my taxi had a little trouble trying to find it because it’s in an alley but that totally okay just remember to tell yours to turn into the right street haha but other than that the location was perfect in the middle of everything and there’s an amazing restaurant downstairs on the corner that serves the best food ever with excellent service i just wished i tipped them more also the two receptionist were the sweetest ladies and so helpful i wish them all the best and i think the hotel owns a stray cat? unless it just hangs around but she is the cutest cat definitely made my stah

the bathroom had a step that i tripped on a lot but other than that its so spacious and comfortable

Simple but with all the things that you need in a spacious and confortable room. Bottles of water everyday, good air conditioner, and confortable bed. The shower had good water pressure. The staff was super friendly and helpful. One lady even helped us to contact a transfer company when they were delayed, without we even asking for. If you want to stay in a calm but central location, this is the place Bonus... the restaurant in the corner of the street qas excellent and super cheap.

The shower could have a curtain or a door, so the bathroom wouldn't be all wet, but it was fine We had a little hiccup with the trash not being well cleaned, but they took care of it right away when we pointed it out.

Excellent location, close to a nice café and massage services, not far from the sea and Bangla Road, practically in the heart of Patong. It's a very quiet place with friendly and welcoming staff who are always ready to help. I've been staying at this hotel for the second year in a row and am very satisfied.

There are too many signs and notices with warnings and fines, which I think is unnecessary—one small warning would be enough. There are issues with hot water for the second year in a row; the pressure is unstable, and you can get burned.

Fa is the sweetest person we met in Thailand. She is super kind, helpfull and polite. Good location, clean rooms, great value for the money.

- Even though it is close to the main road, you are not disturbed by the noise of the traffic. - The room service is everyday and they do a brilliant job. - The room has AC and a super fan so it is so much more pleasant. Especially on very hot days in Phuket. - The hotel is just 5 minutes away by walk from the beach and Bangla Road so it is a good location. - The reception helps with everything, booking tours, laundry, booking taxi or airport mini van, etc. Very friendly staff.

- They should turn on the fan at the reception for the guests because while I was waiting for the check in it was so hot that I was melting like ice.

The staff were so friendly in this place. Even the cleaners smiled and talked to me. I felt like I had a group of new friends. Incredible location and access to everything in Patong. The place was so clean. Even the balcony was clean - I walked out there in bare feet and could tell it was cleaned regularly.

There can be a little bit of noise here and there from guests, but nothing that impacted me. The A/C drowned any noise out and was refreshingly cool.

The rooms were very clean with daily cleaning provided. The staff was extremely cheerful and helpful, we ended up talking a lot with them and had a very good time. The place is very quite even though its very near to Patong beach and Bangla Walking street (Both within walkable distance). There are many 7-11s in close proximity. There are manu restaurants, spas, souvenir shops nearby. The staff helped us with cheap bike rental They also helped us with first aid supplies when we needed it

Fantastic staff! So friendly and welcoming, felt like we were staying with friends! Within the first 5 mins they were sharing their lunch with us, having us taste things we didn’t know. Reminded me of Thailand from 25 years ago. Rooms are big, perfectly clean, comfortable, with a nice terrace and pretty views. Quiet at night, no loud music or clubs. Would stay again and again.

If I really had to search, I’d say the mattress in our second room (504) was a bit hard. But the mattress in our first room (404) was perfect.

Location is just perfect! Personal is friendly and super helpful! Cleaning every day. The location is the king! One of the best massage salons and food places are nearby, pretty close to the beach, close to Bangla Road (Nightlife) but same time the hotel located in small quite corner! I want to come back!

In my room the air conditioner was located just above the bed! It will blow cold air right at your face and there is no way to hide! That could be extremely annoying for some people!

The ladies at the front desk were always with a smile on their face, trying their best to make our stay very pleasant. The hotel is extremely clean, the cleaning in the room was made daily, bedsheets and towels changed every single day. Free replacement of water daily. AC working perfectly as well as the hot water (at any hour). Room was big enough for us as we didn't spend much time inside. As for location, about 8min to the beach and 10min to the busy center, 15min to the banzaan bazaar. Very nice and cheap local restaurants around
