- Very good breakfast, lots of choice. coffee is delicious, the pastries are really delicious. Different types of Thai dishes, every day you can eat different noodles such as pad thai, etc. for breakfast. There is a separate "Indian table" - several dishes of real Indian cuisine and masala tea. Large comfortable beautiful air-conditioned restaurant. - Excellent bed, pillows and blankets, - There are always free sunbeds, although there are not many of them. - Complimentary bottled water is delivered to your room every day. - It's really less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach along a very pleasant street with wide sidewalks. The beach is good, two sunbeds + an umbrella for the whole day cost 200 baht. - Bed linen was changed every day, sometimes we ourselves asked not to change, so as not to delay the cleaning - Excellent location of the hotel - EVERYTHING is within walking distance. Dozens of restaurants and cafes, massage parlors, shops, JungCeylon shopping center. - Great views of the mountains from the hotel. No noise is heard from the streets of Patong, the atmosphere in the hotel is calm, family. - The children went to the kids club, there are always animators, they will work out (they speak English, of course). There are a lot of toys, there is something to do. The club is right next to the pool, very convenient. - Wonderful friendly girls at the reception

The staff were wonderful! They really did everything they could to make us feel welcome. They are what makes this hotel such a lovely place. Beautiful people who really care.

The room we were in need of some renovation but I believe that is in the works. My son was also looking forward to using the motorised pool toy that is advertised on socials but they wanted an insane amount of $ for 10 mins usage. Friends of ours at Novotel Karon got free vouchers at their resort. Pretty disappointed that it’s a money grab. Also the balconies are small and only one chair which kind of limits the time you use it. We didn’t spend much time on it at all because of this however at our other resort, we loved spending time sitting on our balcony having drinks, overlooking the pool. Don’t worry about paying for pool view as you won’t get to sit together and appreciate it anyway.

Everything, from the GRAND entrance to the very last goodbye by Ms Mijon, and everything in between. This is one of the best hotels of our trip to Thailand. And we went to 4 locations (5 including returning to Bangkok) The superior KING size bed was absolutely HUGE! 4 people could sleep on it, with ease! Balcony with seating and drying rack for swimming costumes. Bathrooms are extremely large and roomy. The pool is the biggest in PHUKET! Kids play-area and they do several activities every day! The location is a mere 15 min walk from Bangla road and the beach starts/ends on the opposite end of the road, hardly 10 min walk. It's a bit quieter and more secluded as compared to other places with a lot of things happening around them. If you prefer being next to the party, this isn't the place for you. However, it was 10/10 for myself and my family. Eating places, shopping, 3 x 7-eleven nearby, massage parlours, etc. is all within walking distance

Bathroom had a window looking into the room. It's okay for couple I guess but was very odd in a family room There was one day on our stay where there was a power cut from the Govt. Authority. But the power went out from 8am in the morning until 4pm/6pm I can't remember exactly. We were informed of this by the bell staff when we entered our room and a notification was placed on the desk.

The beds are so comfy, exactly what we were hoping for after a week in Koh Samui sleeping on hard beds and haivng massages. The only let down was the room configuration. We booked a superior room to sleep 4 people, upon check in we were told the room had two single beds and a sofa bed, not impressed. Thankfully their single beds are a lot bigger than a stanbdard single, not quite a king single but not a double, weird size. My daughter an I shared comfortably. My son took the sofa and my husband the other bed. The rooms were pleasant, neat, tidy, clean, good temp upon arrival. Plenty of lighting to adjust for each section of the room if people want to sleep, watch TV or read without bothering each other. Shower pressure is excellent, felt like a water massage on your back. We spent all day in the pool and took advantage of happy hour at the swim up bar 2 for 1 cocktails or mocktails. We sepnt 400baht per round of 4 drinks ($18) it was nice to give the kids the experience of a swim up bar with mocktails so we could all enjoy it. I like that they allowed kids to participate with the supervision of an adult. Oh there is also a pin pong table by the pool and clean toilet facilities down there too. The breakfast was the best breakfast we had during all of our stay and we stayed in 3 different hotels during our travels around the country. We all unamiously agreed the Novotel had by a far the best. When we return for a quick short 7 day recharged stay we will be staying at the Novotel again. No point trying something new when we've found the place for us. Hope you enjoy your stay in Phuket and if you pick the Novotel it'll be that much better!

The room configuration despite what we had booked.

I recently stayed at Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights – a wide variety of both Thai and international options, fresh fruits, pastries, made-to-order eggs, and good coffee. It really set a great tone for each day. The pool area is stunning – large, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery. It’s perfect for relaxing, and there's even a pool bar to enjoy drinks while you unwind in the water. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a modern design and a nice balcony. The resort’s location is also excellent – just a short walk to Patong Beach and local markets, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you need it. Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and convenience in Phuket. Would definitely stay again!

The pool was huge with different zones. The breakfast was great with variety of dishes and drinks for everyone. The coffee was good made of fresh beans. The location is walkable, but if you don't like to walk much and don't want to take taxis then i would recommend staying a little closer to walking street (Jumsilong) area. On the other hand, some of the night life is on the opposite side of the beach, away from Jumsilong, so the hotel is in the middle between the two areas.

I would prefer to stay closer to Jumsilong next time. With that said, i think there aren't any offers that can mach this hotel in that area so in this regard, this hotel has perfect value for money ratio when traveling with kids.

The location is great! Within 10 minutes you’re at Patong Street and Beach. Large hotel with good facilities. The pool is huge and we wished we have booked the room with access to the pool through the balcony since you can swim at night. Staff was kind and breakfast with a decent variety.

Since we have a baby, we booked a room with breakfast and dinner included so we could have dinner early evening at the restaurant. However the restaurant service was terrible: more than 1,5 hours waiting for our food, and at the end the order was incomplete. At the end, we ended up of having room service (with more than 2h waiting).
