the staff was very supportive and kind. they gave clear information and were very helpful and friendly. the room was large and comfortable and very clean. the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well.

Nice lobby area and pool area, staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant good and clean, good prices for food and drinks, excellent gym! It is a very good value for money hotel, safe and quiet.

Very few TV channels, especially for Europeans almost nothing.... There were one or two movie channels the first days but then they did not play.... Swimming pool small. Internet speed could be higher.

Gym is really good for a hotel we used it everyday! Bed and room is very comfortable Hotel is clean and comfortable and would most likely stay again

Unnecessarily long and irritating check in system. Asked for a 1500 baht deposit, would not take a note due to dirt on the note all very petty and didn’t paint a good picture of the staff in all honesty. Lift is weirdly slow Breakfast is just okay. Serves its purpose but it’s not very nice Bit of a walk to the beach/main area

It was amazing, Nice staff, clean rooms. The menu in the restaurant is absolutely amazing and good prices. We didn’t use the buffet so don’t know how the buffet food is.

The beds are a bit hard, but I like soft beds. My husband loved it

A beautiful and luxurious hotel, the staff was very helpful and pleasant and it is located in a good place in Patong. The breakfast was very good with fresh and tasty food, I loved the fact that there is a cute nice traveling agency right next to the hotel which was also very helpful, I loved the gym which was excellent and with new equipment

The variety of dishes in breakfast could be extended, the signs specifying which dishes are vegetarian could be improved and the cost of the hotel is too high, even considering all its benefits

I'm like the facility and and room but I'm very disappointed with this rules of hotel and booking.com I already booked and request 1queen bed and 1single bed...2 adult 1child my child already 12years old for me its not about years because already booked and pay 2bed 1queen and 1single...

I have to pay 2000 thb extra charge for the bed because rules off hotel to me so much...in my booking.com I have select the room with 1queen bed and single bed for 3 person but on the system in the hotel just 2guest...I don't know how did this to me and my family very disappointed...already pay to the booking.com so no choice have to pay for the extra charge bed...

Absolutely fantastic modern hotel !!!! Started with friendly staff greetings. The room was a great size, great air con, comfy beds, free wifi, tv, fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, table and chairs, heaps of power points and a USB point by the bed, heaps of good lighting. Bathroom was of a good size, with a large shower, good size vanity also. The Bar fridge had very well priced drinks and snacks in it (cheapest I've ever seen in a hotel). The pool while being small was still great and has heaps of seating and lounge chairs in the area. The restaurant has some fantast tasting meals on offer for lunch and dinner which are also very cheap. These can be delivered to your door, or have in the restaurant or by the pool.Overall there is nothing I could have asked for to make my stay any better. The hotel has a very new and modern feel. It's. 5 minute walk to the beach. And several 7-11's and family marts within 1-2 minutes walking distance. These also quite often have street vendors outside selling food.

Loved everything

Smooth, easy and hassle free check in/out - was charged 1500baht for a deposit/bond each room (fully disclosed prior to booking) and upon check out, we were advised to give their staff time to do a quick check over of rooms which was literally less than 5 minutes and we were fully refunded our deposit due to no damages. My family of 6 booked a short stay in 2 x Triple deluxe rooms consisting of 1 double and 1 single bed each room, we requested connecting rooms once booking was confirmed and were fully accommodated for due to the hotel having availability. My daughter is in a wheelchair and found the rooms and lifts somewhat spacious and everywhere else more than spacious for her to get around. The rooms were clean, and for what you pay, we really couldn’t complain. Water pressure and temperature ok, I’ve had worse. The included breakfast was nice, my kids loved the variety of fresh fruit, cereal, hot food (eggs, beans, sausages) bakery. There are a selection of beverages to choose from - juice, tea and coffee. The gym is pretty good, liked that it has aircon and clean. Handy to most things and places you would expect of Patong - massages, laundry, 7/11s, markets, nightlife. The staff are amazing and helpful. Thank you all for your hospitality.

As a coffee drinker I didn’t enjoy the coffee at the restaurant. Coffee club or Starbucks are located at Jungceylon about a 15-20 minute walk or less than 10 minute drive. Can’t store any outside food or drink in your room refrigerator, comes with a fine, eh!

Great hotel. On arrival we got a drink which was very welcoming. We had a room on the 9th floor, which had a great view and it wasn’t noisy at all. The room had everything necessary and looked quite modern. Good deep pool where you can rest from the heat of the city. Amazing buffet breakfast with a great variety of options. Nearby are a lot of shops and good cheap massage salons.

15 min walk to the beach, which is still alright. No balconies at the hotel.
