Jackson and his team are just the best, always helpful, positive and happy. The room is very clean, quiet and an ample size, everything was functional, the air conditioning worked well and was quiet, hot water worked well in the shower , just one cold tap at the sink but not a problem though, the electric jug to the rescue whenever I needed to shave. The location, as well as being quiet, was excellent with the Night markets, the craziness of Bangla road and the beach only 10 minutes walk away. Patong is a rockin' lil town and for a traveller on a budget it's definitely a great place to stay !

I liked the location, very close to everything. The staff go above and beyond, and are so kind. Without them, the stay would have not been rated so highly. As the room was unclean to begin with, but once mentioned they were on it straight away. So I would still recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

With all discounts applied the value exceeded all my expectations, should have booked a longer stay straight away. Shower and the related seating was a treat.

Aircon remote didn't reallt work and there were some leftover stains around the toilet sink. Pillows were way too puffy and luxurious for my liking, but that is a minor issue.

We had an amazing stay at Patong Max Value Hotel! The staff are so helpful and sweet. Our room was very comfortable and we loved having a balcony. Perfectly located near 7 Eleven, food vendors, shops, and the beach! Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was amazing. Two Free bottles of water every day. The staff answered every question and were always polite. The price for the location was outstanding.

Staff super super kind and available. The room was clean and nice. There was a hairdryer and big windows.

Our room was on the fifth floor without elevator, but the staff offered help to take the backpacks upstairs. The bathroom was smelly.

I loved the staff, the room, the location and the vibe. Good sized rooms in a great location. Also, it is located beside and empty lot so it is quiet and you can hear nature at night :)
