Great location, lovely vibe around the pool, quiet from the busy streets. The staff the so friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with huge variety.

The aircon is loud in the room. Fine if you like white noise or I used ear plugs so it was not a problem. Suggestion to add mugs to the breakfast as cups very small that you need 3 to 4 to equal to a 1 average size drink. But very trivial matter.

Everything really. It was close to the beach but set back away from the street so was super secluded and quiet. It was clean and had very helpful staff. Pool area was so nice, and even though out of the sun you could sunbathe to your heart content on the sun deck all day. Breakfast was awesome. They let us check in early also which was great.

I’m struggling to find something I dislike. Maybe smoking being allowed in some areas of hotel. Even though this is similar in all hotels and public spaces in Thailand. I guess we are not used to this coming from the UK.

Friendly and professional customer service all-round including restaurant staff. Concierge team were very friendly and helpful. Impressed by how quick housekeeping were quick to service room. Love the location, so quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. Palmyra is easily accessible to tour companies so they can do pick up/drop off easily. 7/11 is literally across the road so you can get pretty much everything incl Pet food if you wanted to feed the stray dogs (please keep this in mind and show compassion). This is not a party hotel, mostly couples and families which is great because you get a decent night's sleep

The rooms are a bit rundown, the pool area is not as big as pictured so it can get overcrowded very quickly. Lifts has no aircon but then again most establishments in Thailand don't have air-conditioned lifts so it's a given in Thailand. Bathroom area is stained, rusted with no soap or shampoo dispensers. So very outdated. I think overall the hotel itself is very outdated and in need of an upgrade

We booked a two bedroom villa and loved it! The staff is very helpful and friendly! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, fridge and TV. One bedroom has a large balcony. The kitchen has all utensils, fridge + bathroom. The location is good, quiet and very close to all restaurants, bars, massage places, 7/11 and a big mall is about 15 minutes walk. Patong beach was too crowded, the water was oily due to too many boats and jet skis, so a nice hotel pool was very useful (or it was easy to get a taxi and go to different beaches).

Despite the bed was a bit hard for me, i slept well

The rooms are well appointed, the bed was comfy, the ac works well. The breakfast buffet was good but not great, very average and run of the mill. We really enjoyed the little nook next to the windows, perfect for lounging and reading a book.

Honestly, Phuket itself let the hotel down, mostly due to the taxi cartel that operates here and charges exorbitant rates to get around the island. Otherwise it's a great hotel and not too expensive.

Fantastic place, we originally booked for 4 nights, then extended our stay for the duration of our holiday, the location is great, short walking distance to all the hot spots and the beach, staff are super friendly, place is clean and tidy... Pool is divine... Restaurant is lovely, good price and selection... Can eat straight up on your pool chair if you want to. Just all round a nice, relaxing, convenient affordable place. Will recommend to anyone.

I liked everything at Palmyra, the staff was so friendly, helpful and always there to assist. The food and drinks were also very good.... And I enjoyed the pool to relax 👌👌. The hotel is centrally located and everything is walking distance.

I did not like that my vacation ended, I wanted to stay at Palmyra :)
