The property was nice except for a part where we were double charged

When we were leaving they made us pay for the bill that we had paid cash for. The waiter made us sign the bill on the first day after we had paid cash, stating that we are the residents and required to pay. That was the worst.

The part of the hotel where we stayed is newly built, and this was evident as everything was new and clean, both in the building and in the room. The pool is clean and well-maintained, though it's a shame there aren't enough sun loungers. The Wi-Fi at this hotel was exceptional; we didn't encounter any issues throughout our stay. It's very close to the beach and about a 10-minute walk to Bangla Road.

I didn't like the breakfast because it's not very diverse.

Very lovely hotel! Large with lots of facilities to keep us entertained! We stayed with a 6 month baby and cannot fault it. Really big, quiet rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Ramps were useful for pram (however some may be a bit steep for wheelchair). Breakfast was really good too, lots of choices. Location wise was fantastic too, super close to everything you may need. Even got a cake on our birthday in room, which was a lovely surprise!

The shower/bath design needs fixing. Floor was flooded every time. Also I think for size of hotel, not enough sunloungers around main pool. Also kids room needs a little bit of dusting and mopping from time to time.

The new building is unbelievable, very resort-style. The room was spacious and well-decorated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. the swimming pool was very big, and the bar in the swimming pool was really good. Food was nice too. I would go back. The price was really good.

Seems that they didn't have enough staff, and breakfast had very few options for a "5-star" hotel. The restaurant that they were serving the breakfast was always messy, no staff was around to clear/clean the tables. One of the days they didn't have staff to stay at the swimming pool bar. One of the days we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to bring the chairs/ beds outside, so we could relax by the swimming pool. They raised the luxury level of the hotel, but the service is not there yet.

We stayed for 7 nights in a pool access room. Great room, excellent access to the pool, helpful and friendly staff, and amazing breakfast included in the price on booking.com. The resort is in great quiet location, but super close to the beach and walking distance to the madness of the busy areas and bangla road. Request a room away from the water fountain feature though, it’s very loud and kids love to play in it. But the staff were amazing and helped us move to a quieter room away from the fountain after our first night. We would definitely stay here again.

The bathrooms in the swim out rooms could use a little freshen up.

Shower was great and the room was spacious. Bed could be softer but pillows were great. House keeping was very on the ball.

Not much space for people who like to unpack in the more expensive rooms. There was minimal hanging space and only 2 small drawers so our suitcases were laid out on the ground.

The pools were great and pool bars, hotel location is good only 5 mins to the beach and walking distance to all main areas . Breakfast was really good and the mini mart in the hotel was good and not expensive.

Need more shade at one of the pools plus the hotel needs to stop people putting their towels on sun beds in the morning and leaving them for hours without using the beds, especially as other people who came down later had nowhere to lay. Either monitor this or purchase more beds so there is enough for guests to use. The single beds in the room were very uncomfortable way too hard.

This is My 2nd time Booking the same Room , I like that the Location is like 10mins walking distance by the main area (Bangla Road) & The Mall Also . You could easily explore & have fun if You Walk around , and its also not too noisy at night so you could relax & Have a good sleep too . & The Place is super safe because it’s secured & there’s guards 24/7 .

They only provide shampoo & shower-gel , No Hair Conditioner. They don’t always fill the coffee & tea & Napkins & toilet papers , I had to call and request that many times since I stayed there for 2 weeks , & since my room was a private pool access room I didn’t like that Even Though I had the Do Not disturb sign on my door , the cleaner would jump in my private pool every day early morning around 6am-7am to clean my pool area & my window is see through so they could see me inside & there’s no privacy at this part .

The breakfast is great, the private pool rooms are a must. Location is far enough from the chaos of Bangla but still close enough to walk. Same for the beach.

Some parts of the hotel are old. They required my partner to leave his passport with reception for the duration of the stay as the room bond which was not stated before checking in and felt really uncomfortable. No issues getting it back though. The pool access rooms are great but not very private from the main pool, swimmers can see straight in to your room and pool area as the shrubs for privacy are under grown
