Great location for our requirements. Close to the best section of Patong Beach (5 min walk). Good proximity to restaurant's, shopping centre and night life. Our booking included breakfast which had enough variety to keep us happy for 12 days. Breakfast staff were very nice and friendly . Our room was a good size and comfortable. Will return next year . Great value for money without any doubt. Stayed there in previous years.

The room had very little storage. No shelves or drawers in wardrobe. Bathroom had the only mirror but the lighting was extremely poor. Also no towel rail other than hook on door. Main room had nowhere to put anything out of sight. Would have been nice to have a wall mirror or something similar in the bedroom area .

Good location,nice food and friendly staff

Lovely staff, specifically Lang at reception, who upgraded my room on arrival, only booked for three days, and ended up booking two more days. Chan in the restaurant and other staff in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly. See Mr. Wood near the restaurant for any trips very helpful, and money exchange next to it for best rates. The room is a good size, shower has good pressure, cleaning staff very good and helpful. The location is great for whatever you want to do.

The manager in the restaurant shouting at staff in front of customers is not a nice to see, especially when they are very helpful and friendly. Lady next to reception as you walk in is the first person you see, and the last as you walk out, you need to learn how to smile at customers and sell your trips and not on your phone all day watching films or whatever. Pool needs upgrade

The location close to the beach and Patong Dental Plus which was our main reason to travel to Patong, friendly staff, cheap laundry (50 baht/kg wash, dry and fold, 100baht/kg wash and iron) and good price massage on premises (300 baht/hr foot massage) and Thai food as well as some international eg. pizzas and burgers also on premises if not wanting to go anywhere else.

This time there was renovation of the massage room which made a racket from 8am to 6pm. However, after a couple of days we were offered an alternative upgraded room for our last 5 days which was quiet, as well as 600 Baht voucher each for food and drink, which was great and we hadn’t asked for it. So it turned into a positive 😎

We have just returned from spending 2 weeks at the Aspery. And are booking our return trip for later in the year. Firstly the location. In a quieter part of Patong. Around 300m from the beach. The hotel has everything that we needed. We had a deluxe double room. The room is spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big. There was a bath and a very good shower. Rooms were serviced everyday. Fresh towels daily. Bottled water was supplied. There is a fridge you can load up with whatever you bring in from 7 eleven which is across the road. There is a lift for transporting the cases to your room etc. hotel staff are very friendly. This is a very busy hotel so reception staff are always engaged with other guests checking in/out but are there to help if needed. Wood the tour operator is such a gem. His desk is on the outside by the restaurant. Book all you trips through him. So incredibly helpful. The Violet exchange booth next to Wood has the best exchange rates we saw so go there. Breakfast/restaurant on site is good. Always a busy place. Staff at restaurant are very nice people. It is a very good hotel, excellent. We will definitely use this hotel each time we return to Patong. There are other restaurants close by that do excellent food too - the Sandwich Shoppe, BYD lofts, churroascos (at the junceylon mall) Small pop up bar along the road called Jeabs bar. Plus a couple of streets along the Hippie House bar for a quiet drink.

It does need a little bit of an update here and there and perhaps more drawer space in the room - this is minor things

The location is good. A short walk to the beach and a little further for nightlife which makes for a quieter stay plus other amenities are very close such as 7/11. The room was spacious with a balcony and the breakfast was good also.

Whilst the hotel was clean and comfortable , when I arrived in my room it was clear that the photos advertising the hotel were taken some time ago and the room seemed a little worn and old in comparison. Things like limescale on the bathroom taps was building up and some shoddy grout or silicone had been left to dry on the tiles in one place. The balcony I had was at the front of the building overlooking the power lines.

The room was very big. The bed was also very nice. The curtains were also nice. The bathroom was big enough. The staff were friendly. The hotel was just a short walk from the beach.

The room smelled mouldy and the wall beneath the airconditioner were dirty with striped marks down the wall which might be watermarks. My dad stayed in a different room in the same floor, about 12 rooms from mine and his room smelled even more mouldy. The bathroom cupboard looked like the wooden strips underneath were getting loose maybe from waterdamp. The only bathroom ammenities was 2 small bottles of showergel and shampoo. Do not know if it were a 100 ml each, think it was closer to 50 ml or 80 ml. Only tea were given, no coffee in the room.

Staff were very helpful and rooms clean and comfortable.

The room could do with a little modernisation but that doesn't detract from it's cleanliness.

Close to Patong Beach, Bangla Night Market, Gandhi Restaurant - Indian Veg and nonveg, colourful roadway, currency exchange at doorstep. Complimentary toiletteries, 2 water bottles per day, room cleaning, room service. Swimming pool. Peaceful ambience, budget friendly, breakfast included.

1. Staff is friendly but lack of hospitality skills. When guest arrive, they don't greet them. They talk only when we ask. They need some professional hospitality training that includes how to greet guests on their arrival, keep smiling all the time. They all look exhausted and under a lot of pressure. 2. Breakfast menu same everuday. 3. Security: Only main building has a reception that is 3 minute away from building 2. Building 2 don't have any reception downstairs. No one is there to keep surveillance. Apart from this all good. I enjoyed a lot.

Great location for beach 15 min walk to Bangla road and jonceylon shopping centre l was in building 2 behind main reception separate entrance to my stairs to room huge bed fridge safe huge wardrobes balcony above side street also main reception on same side street nice bathroom towels shampoo soap kettle coffee air con excellent double key lock on room door room cleaned daily my 5 nights stay exceptional October 2024 £16 per night l would definitely stay here again Aspery own restaurant at front of building large reception area large seating area separate air con room tables chairs booths for meals too 2 massage parlours in side street if required 7/11 2 mins walk away beach 5 mins walk very quiet at night if you can get great price as a l did would recommend you stay rooms in main building a little more cost and pool on roof of main building nice quiet relaxing area too

I found everything excellent
