The hotel is in a quiet part of Patong. The reception was efficient. Be aware that you might have to pay a safety deposit, which will be paid back after checking out. It’s possible to pay it by credit card. We had a room on 17th floor with a perfect view over the whole beach from Patong. The room was nice, but you can see that the hotel is not new anymore. In front are nice pools. There is a restaurant/bar location on the 19th floor with live music in the evening and overlooking Patong.

The hotel is in a perfect position. Not far from the see not far from Bangala, not far from Central. The rooms are big, clean, and the ones on the sea view are amazing. Staff are guest satisfaction oriented and the manager Orn try in all way to satisfy your needs. The hotel is family oriented. Breakfast is varied with Asian cuisine, but also with specialities for westerns. Of course, quality comes at a price and the hotel invests a lot in quality. Definitely a hotel to consider if you have the right budget.

Nutella is missing from breakfast. The chocolate served is not the same. Of the two machines that prepare espresso and cappuccino, only one is usually working, which sometimes creates queues.

Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and markets. The hotel facilities are amazing, spacious room with balcony with a view, 2 large and warm swimming pools and a fully equipped gym made me feel very comfortable during my stay. The hotel service is outstanding, super friendly staff, always smiling and welcoming. Thai people you are amazing! They are really good on those little details like: making sure that the breakfast buffet was always full and the room cleaning service was impeccable. We tried room service and laundry service as well and they exceeded our expectations. This was definitely worth the price and I would love to come back next time.

The room I stayed had a glass door for the bathroom. Only the bottom half was frosted glass. If you stand up and walk inside the room, you can see someone using the toilet. If you and your partner have been together for decades and you’re used to seeing each other at the toilet this won’t be a problem for you. But if you prefer a little more privacy when doing your business, this can make you a bit uncomfortable. I would suggest to the hotel to make the whole door frosted glass instead of just the bottom half.

The service is amazing, the pools are great, the gym is well equipped, location is great for a more laid-back stay in the buzzing Patong, breakfast is sufficient, overall the best value for money. A drink or dinner at the rooftop bar/restaurant is definitely a recommendation.

The bed wasn't that comfortable. Updating/maintenance of some of the rooms could be beneficial.

The guy at breakfast making coffees for some people and not others. They had 1 machine and he would hog the machine making 4 coffees in a row keeping everyone else waiting. Amazing Thailand

The aircon compressor was loud and noisy and is in the balcony blowing hot air when we sit in the balcony. At night we can hear the compressor as it was very loud. wasted paying for a sea view and with balcony cos cannot open the balcony door because of the compressor

The pool is amazing! Especially the one located near the edge. You can easily spend half the day there and not realize it. Also the roof bar was very nice for a meal or drink with excellent view of the beach and live music. The hotel is situated near main road with basic shops and restaurants but also very close to the beach which is a plus.

The room seemed a bit old. Due to renovations on the same floor there was a constant foul smell of paint and paint thinner permeating the air into our room which made it hard to stay inside other than night time.

The view was outstanding

First day they were out of almost everything at breakfast ,but that was taken care of for the rest of my stay. I Indian couple got into I yelling and door slamming fight around 10:30 pm which lasted awhile and management had to come to their room on 2 separate occasions to quiet them down. They tried to move me to another room which was a huge downgrade from what I was in ,but when I refused it they up graded me to a nicer quit room . Can't blame the hotel for rude out of control people. The location was good for me because I like to be at either end of Patong beach away from the noise .

The location. A walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon. A short walk to the beach. Staff are helpful, friendly and linguistically diverse. Food is always good and the room service is cheap if you want to purchase the local food.

Can be thru traffic and the surrounding restaurants have live bands. Not everyone should front a band.

Great view, stayed on the 17th floor, we could see the amazing ocean and all the activities going on. Pools were amazing we basically had them to ourselves. Extremely close to all restaurants, convenience stores and the beach. The room was comfortable and roomy, the TV had satellite channels which was convenient when the monsoon rain set in for the day.

A major off put was the air conditioning fan/unit/outlet was on the balcony and blew extreme hot air onto us, didn't help that you had to deal with the humidity as well as the unit. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were so soft, you might as well not have had them. When around the pool it would have been nice to be offered drinks 🍸 it would have given the staff something to do, but also bring revenue to the hotel, we had to get up and ask for a drink to be brought out. We possibly would have spent more if this had of been the case.
