I like the staff, was very helpful with everything. Coming back to this place 2nd time in 2 years. The location is good aswell. Close to everything. 3 min walk to the beach

The internet connection was poor, sometimes there was no internet at all. Rooms could be better looking too. It's a big hotel facilitie but dont have swimming pool for kids, sad. We got a room upstairs, 4th floor, which was not comfortable to climb up and down during the day. Specially on departure day when we had to bring down the suitcases.

I really like the customer service, they waited for a late check in and helped us every time we ask for. The rooms were really good, with a/c and a good bathroom. They cleaned the room every day.

The toilet wasn't flushing properly, being on the ground floor I think that it was one of the reason.

I really liked the area, room was clean. What i didn't like was the mini fridge ( smell was bad, it should be clean from time to time). Breakfast also was poor but overall the stay was super ok.

Room was clean, staff was so supportive, even we dont want clean everyday, they are ready to clean and provide water bottles and all

It will be great if they can add a swimming pool

Central location. Very clean room and bathroom. Air con, shower, lights, all worked well. Room and bathroom seem to have been renovated. Has mini fridge. Large size room considering that it is central in Patong.

Room was on 4th floor without elevator! No big problem but should be mentioned more clearly in hotel description.

The location and the spacious room and living room + balcony were great points

The small inside the room, but as far as I understood this small is typical for the area, also other hotels have this issue

location was very good and the beach was just 2mins walking from the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.

hotel also has restaurant with bar also and affordable prices, and the food was also good
