Very close to the beach and the personal eas very kind and helpful
the AC has not too much power and the shower water pressure not too good

I really like the customer service, they waited for a late check in and helped us every time we ask for. The rooms were really good, with a/c and a good bathroom. They cleaned the room every day.
The toilet wasn't flushing properly, being on the ground floor I think that it was one of the reason.

Central location. Very clean room and bathroom. Air con, shower, lights, all worked well. Room and bathroom seem to have been renovated. Has mini fridge. Large size room considering that it is central in Patong.
Room was on 4th floor without elevator! No big problem but should be mentioned more clearly in hotel description.

The small inside the room, but as far as I understood this small is typical for the area, also other hotels have this issue

location was very good and the beach was just 2mins walking from the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable.
hotel also has restaurant with bar also and affordable prices, and the food was also good

- great location - very clean - friendly stuff
- it’s a bit hard to park a sedan car (small road) I am not really good at parking, it was very challenging to me, nevertheless i was able to park for 4 nights without any issue. I don’t think it would be an issue for small cars or for expert drivers

Excellent service they clean and place water Tea Sugar etc while you are out of hotel traveling. Very cooperative staff
Location was actually Okay. Its good that its near to Patong Beach. But Bangla Street is very far.
