I stayed for 30 days. The staff were all very welcoming. I did have a few issues upon checking with the air con and sink leaking. Told the staff and they immediately had someone fix both issues that day. The room was pretty big. The air con was strong, wifi worked great, showed has hot water, room cleaned daily, elevator worked, no noise, multiple food options nearby, 7-Eleven, pharmacies, and 1 block from the beach. I ate at the restaurant downtown stairs often.

The sheets and pillow case were clean but stained. Had small ants in my room. I didn't keep any food in my room and they didn't bother me.

New Great Hotel to stay at if you want to be close to everything in Patong. If your fun absolutely perfect as its located at the end of the gay street there. There is near by a little small massage shops and bars room for the size of the hotel but still a vibe if you want a dip.
