The resort is nice and well-maintained. The reception staff was very welcoming, and everything was prepared in advance. Upon arrival, we made the payment, and within minutes, our room key was ready—super quick and efficient! We stayed in a Superior Bungalow with a garden view. While the building is a bit old, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was excellent, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The location is convenient—just a 15-minute walk to Bangla Road and 10 minutes to Patong Beach. Plus, everything you need is right outside the resort, including a 7/11, money exchange, pharmacy, souvenir shops, restaurants, and ATMs. Overall, great value for money!

There were a few missing amenities—no electric kettle, iron, ironing board, or floor mat at the room entrance. Additionally, there’s no breakfast or restaurant available inside the resort.

Big clean room in very well maintained condition. Good sized swimming pool. Very short walk to the beach. Reasonable walk to town center. Could sit outside room and look across a green environment. Comfortable large bed and good quality bedding. Staff friendly and so were other guests. 7-11 close for snacks and drinks. Rooms cleaned and towels and sheets replacec dailly. Price very reasonable for location and facilities. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

No in room kettle or coffee making facilities like cups (there were glasses) and coffeee sachets but hot boiled water available in reception. We had our own folding mugs and coffee. 7-11 nearby sold both fresh coffee and sachets too.

I don’t know if there’s cultural aspect, but every evening there were rats in the garden. At the beginning I couldn’t enjoy the breeze outside my bungalow because of them. I made a complaint at the reception, but nothing happened. Apart from that, I had a great stay.

Perfect position. No noise in the evening even if is right in patong center. Good bed and bathroom. Nothing really fancy but did the job perfectly. Very close to shops and motorbike rentals. Owner is super friendly and helpful. I’ll come back!

Rooms were not super fancy and the bathroom gets bit wet when showering. But nothing to really complain about

The apartments were great with everything you need. Bed comfy, great WiFi and aircon. The cleaners were absolutely fantastic, giving you new towels, changing bedding, bottles of water in fridge and cleaning full apartment everyday single day. Couldn’t be more pleased with my stay!

Its near everything, we had resturant, massage center, seven eleven beside, and 15 min walking you will reach the malls area. The staff was friendly and were cleaning rooms very well

Tge only thing i didnt like is when i arrived at 2am the staff at the front desk wasnt very nice, but he was the only one not nice

Great location, easy to walk to the beach. Good restaurants, bars and a 7-11 just outside your door.

The place could be nicer, but for the price the rooms are big and clean. The bed is pretty hard and only news stations are in English on tv. Staff isn’t very friendly, but they speak very little English so it might just be that.

Good location, not too far to walk to Bangla rd. The room was great, comfortable bed and good air con, the pool was amazing but the chlorine a bit harsh, nothing that a pair of goggles won’t fix. I’d defo stay again

The resort was a quiet place eventhough it is near to the road. Very easy to access Patong beach. And exceptional service from the lady in the reception.

Hopefully they will keep a kettle and some tea or coffee for morning as complementary.
