No elevator ,on premises,no parking for cars only for scooters.mosque near the property and the moesin voice to loud..16 steps each floor is a bearded after walking in hot weather so customers ask for lower floor rooms

Room was spacious with a balcony. I did not expect a lot due to other reviews so my room exceeded all expectations. Lots of cabinets, closets and such. Also came with a fridge!

Not a very central location, but walking to the beach and back is still manageable. If not, use Grab as it is relatively cheap and reliable in Patong compared to other transportation options.

The owner was super lovely so I cannot complain about anything, she was polite since the first moment and helped a lot.

The environment is like a real house.

they only take cash which is really annoying when you are staying many days because atm fees are very high in thailand, and to make it worse they also take a key deposit

Very friendly staff. I also liked the balcony very much. There was a magnificent mango tree just next to it. It was quiet, off the busy road, so you could forget being in Patong.

It's a little noisy cause it is close to the temple, and they wake you up very early.

The room is exactly like the pictures, very nice host, and the guesthouse crew were also really nice and great. I reccomend 😁

The rooms are clean and the owner is very friendly. The beach is very close (5-10 minuts walk).

There are some litle things that made our stay uncomfortable: door lock sometimes worked and sometimes did not, mattresses are old and very uncormfortable, worn-out faucets, the sockets are loose and it is hard to charge your phones. I know that owners can not do anything about it - but the neighbors roosters start to scream at 2 a.m. - it is very annoying.
