The value for money was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and gave thorough explanations of the hotel/apartment and its facilities

I could hear people walking in and out throughout the night so I couldn't get much sleep. But im not sure if that can be fixed. I was happy over all though

The prayer nearby was extremely loud and it was starting at 5 AM each morning, both of the ACs in the apartment were very noisy too, so we tried to avoid using them.

I booked 2 apartment’s for a family of 6 travelers. The 2 bedroom one was a nice apartment with plenty of room for a family of 4, it had great views a smart tv in the lounge room and tv’s in both bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and comfortable beds. On the other hand the 1 bedroom room has a terrible view it looked into the next building but otherwise was ok.

The walk up the hill to get there. It lacked in basic household items, no tea towels, no coat hangers, had to ask for toilet paper and tea, coffee and sugar. One of the safe’s didn’t work. Cable TV only offered 2 English speaking channels. The bathrooms flooded and the toilet was blocked.

Perfectly located, closer to all the main areas. Spacious and clean apartments. Gym and Infinity pool was amazing. Staffs were very helpful with everything and even gave us an early check-in. Always available on WA if you needed them.

AC outdoor units were located at the balcony and were very loud. Sometimes had to switch it off if we want to sit outside.

Everything! The staff was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. Room was well-maintained, clean and we loved the location!

That ~50mtr steep climb will make sure you are not skipping your workout!

The location was fantastic 10min walk to the beach & bangla Street also slightly out of the hustle and bustle on a hill, magnificent views of the sea and patong Town, roof top pool clean The team of staff would go an extra mile. Excellent value for money, Very Comfortable just like being at home, the kitchen is fully equipped to do so! Will most definitely return.

Nothing! There is a bit of a hill to climb 150 perfect steps not too steep. Good for our fitness and well keeping!!

- Very clean and spacious room, with superb WiFi (300Gb/s), was pleasantly surprised - The staff are very friendly, and attentive via Whatsapp - Close to Patong beach with many bike rentals nearby and the shops such as 7-11 and Small C - I had an issue with a toilet seal, they resolved it in a very fast and professional manner, I got some cookies as a gift for inconvenience

- Close to mosque so be ready to hear the prayers - Pillows are big, something all hotels have issue with, thinner pillows will work better - Air-con is quite noisy, particularly the fan outside in the balcony - Room desk is strangely high (almost neck level when you sit down on a chair), so harder to work remotely - Gym is small, but you will get a bit of workout walking up to the hotel...

A newer complex in Phuket is close to the beach and shops, cafes, and restaurants. The complex has night security, and as I didn't arrive until late, the checking was done by the night guard, who was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. Some items that may not be in the room can be delivered by the day staff...like shaving kits etc. The day staff are very helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Feh, who sorted a few things out for me and was extremely helpful and friendly. Any issues were addressed very quickly by Feh, or the other office staff. I did have an issue with the cable TV, but Feh had the technicians on the job and sorted it very quickly. The pool and gym are very good. The infinite pool has great views over Patong. The rooms are cleaned every third day. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The complex is on a steep hill, easy walk down but a hard walk up on a hot day. I had a massage and ordered a bike to take me back up, but the rider wouldn't take me any further than the Unity. The weather wasn't the best. Maybe he was recommending I lose some weight... The showers 🚿 are good, but like most small amounts of mould is appearing. The management should arrange for a good shower cleaning every third month. The shower heads in both units I had needed replacement which agian could be done at very little cost. But overall, these were not an issue, and we loved our stay.

Lovely rooftop pool, the temperature of the water was just amazing, the employees in general were very very helpful, prompt, friendly and welcoming. Also when I asked for an iron in my room, I got it immediately. They even provide bottles of water for free! Nothing to complain, the employees are really wonderful and they are the highlight of this property besides the rooftop pool.

I don’t know if this is the issue of the studio were I stayed in the second floor, but there is an incredible musty smell which does disappear by turning on both airconditioning devices and ozoning the studio. Also the appartment is very dark being situated on a side of the building. The team was very prompt in providing support and they were ozoning the studio during my stay, it got a little bit better but the intense musty smell is nothing they can solve, it is a problem of the quality of the building. But if you plan to be mostly out of the building, it is bearable.
