It was a truly wonderful experience staying in this hotel! - The room is perfect, modern and the balcony gives an amazing view on the sunset - The restaurant serves really good food which is reasonably priced, and they adjust easily to special requirements. The staff made me feel very welcome, especially Koy, it was a reason to come back every evening - The pool is great, perfect temperature - The breakfast has a good choice and is very tasty - It's a short walking distance from the beach (5 mins)

- The gym floods a bit in heavy rain - Could be good to have an umbrella available in the room since part of the walk to the reception has no roof (or maybe it's there but I missed it?)

Perfect location for a quiet holiday and breathtaking view of the sea if you book a sea-view room in building 2. Beach is a few minutes walk. For a more livley and nosiy atmosphere there are "clubs" along the beach and Bangla road can be reached on foot. I liked the fact that the restaurant is open all day so you are not pressed to eat at certain times. I would go back any time. However, at the beginning of the beach there is a local shack with "no name" that serves delicios local food at very affordable prices. Try it!! Remember the hotel is on a hill and building 1 is lower than building 2. The gym had just enough equipment and the pool has some shade during the better part of the morning which makes it more bearbale since the sun can be very uncormfotable in this part of the world.

The room was well equipped but some of the finishings - like the silicon around the sink - was tucky. I have seen similar pôor workmanship in another hotel in Phuket. The joins of the shower tiles need more scrubbing. One of the lifts has floor tiles that are warping and coming off. TV channels are also limited, just like other hotels I have been to on the island. Otherwise I would still go back despite these small details.

It was very clean, the staff were super friendly and approachable. One the receptionists helped me to fix my phone when I was struggling with the frozen screen. They offered help to book taxis and when I was waiting for a car at 5:00 to take the sunrise tour kept an eye on me to make sure I’m safe.

I liked everything! However, you need to know from your room to the lobby is a bit of walk and if it rains it’s a bit problematic. They always ask you to call and ask for assistance though.

Location is excellent near to most everything in Patong. Most staff are excellent with genuine smile but some need more training noticed when they duty time finish or closing of restaurant their change from happy welcoming faces to just hurry up and leave but this are just few.

Can’t complain because most of the staff are excellent and try to help as much as possible.

The staff were amazing! From those at reception to the cleaning staff, they were incredibly attentive. The breakfast was good.

Attention to minor things would make this hotel compete with some of the pricey hotels. Things like cracks on the balcony glass and chipping paint along the bathroom sink are small fixes that could be attended to.

Big suite with big walk-in, good view, good aircon, free electrical buggy service to reception or main road, bell boys, in dead end street with no traffic or crowds, close to the beginning of beach, taxis and tuk-tuks waiting, transfer to airport for 1000THB, late checkout, 18 minutes walk to Bangla Rd, 5 minute walk to Big C minimarket and to N9 restaurant.

Fridge in a room is very tiny and has no shelves, no beer bottle opener, breakfast is sufficient but not very huge in terms of variety and about the same every day, about 90 steps if you live in a top building but they provide free buggy service there.

We had a nice stay here, the rooms are big and everything is very clean, beds are enormous and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we need. The location was good, even though the small street which leads to the hotel was a bit shady. You can always use a buggy to get to your room, but there are also stairs(not to many, do not worry for that)

First night when we arrived we wanted to order some food in the room, but they told us they do not serve anymore even though according to the schedule there was 30 more minutes left. Seems that location is close to a mosque and every morning we were awaked by prayers, but we good used with it in the end.

The hotel had just changed hands, so wasn't 100%. I got stuck in the lift for 30mins. It was awkward to get around, lots of stairs.

Firstly, staffs are great. “Erman” assisted us at the top service, smiling man. And the rest staffs TOP CLASS customer service.

GOOD QUESTION, BREAKFAST..!! Been staying at this hotel for couple of times. Need to have a new menu instead of every morning with “LIMITED CHOICES”. Need to improvise for the breaksfast foods. Not worth to pay stays with breakfast. The management need to improvise those for the sake of loyal customers.

Nice and modern hotel. Nice rooms, not very big, but well decorated with lovely balcony. We ordered pizza in the dinner restaurant and it was really good! The coffee was good as well.

The lady in the reception wasn't nice, she talked to us with a plastic smile like she's forcing herself. She asked us to pay even though we didn't had the chance to change money before we arrived, so we asked to enter the room, put our lougeg before, but she said it was impossible. The reception staff was not professional and nice like we met in other hotels. But the staff in the restaurant was nice and helpful. They forgot to leave us towels and when we asked we've got old grey ones. In our second night we saw big group entering the hotel. Then we've got a letter that a wedding is taking place in the hotel, for two days!! That's why it was impossible to use the restaurant service. Luckily we left the hotel before the big night. This kind of things should be notice while you're booking...
