Such a cute little cosy hotel ! Very convenient location quiet but yet central . Staff were amazing so nice and helpful. Room was super clean and comfortable good size nice balcony pool view bed was good and AC works perfectly. The place is very clean and well maintained - well done great job ! Seems this hotel respect his guests and they know what they are doing ! Breakfast was nice and fresh including the room rate . Got last minute deal - value for money!

The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the staff are lovely. For the price, it was a great stay for what we needed it for which was a conference at the Novotel next door.

I would love to have breakfast available earlier than 8am. We are early risers and had to wait a long time for breakfast and it was a rush to get breakfast finished before our conference started. This was not the hotel's fault, but unfortunately we had a very noisy hotel room neighbour who shouted aggressively, was drunk, played loud music and smoked all the time and it meant confronting him a lot to enjoy our time and sleep.

It was up a little side street, so quiet, but still close to the beach and a short taxi ride to central Patong. Had tables and chairs right beside the pool where we had a great little breakfast. Cappuccino’s delivered to the table. Staff were really lovely and very helpful and obliging. The bed (and pillows) was soooo comfortable. Room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. For a Thai style hotel it was very good and great value. Would certainly stay again.

Every single member of staff were helpful and worked tirelessly and always smiling too and special mention to the young guy working in the bar (even offering to go and purchase items for I couldn't find on his day off) I never caught him name, called him maestro and buddy. Absolute superstar. Location was absolutely perfect, nice quiet street away from the chaos of Patong but few minutes walk away

Touch noisy at night at times but I opt for a poolside room!

Close walk to the north end of Patong beach, far from the busy central part of the beach and city. Breakfast daily was nice and included in the price. The AC was cool and the shower was warm. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The courtyard area was shady, a nice respite from the heat.

The pool was cold. No one uses it.its too cold. The chairs around the pool are all straight back chairs, there is nowhere to lounge by the pool because the whole courtyard and pool are quite small.

this hotel is such a little beautiful place to stay when you want to explore Patong beach area ☺️ the staff is super friendly and helpful when you have questions or ask for what to do and how to go there around the whole area. the rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything nessessary for some days to stay. the breakfast is very good and tasty and also the food in the restaurant is super delicious 😋. we would recommend to stay here for some days. :)

The bathrooms needs some bit more cleaning tho, there was a bit mold in the corner of the shower and on the sink, but towels and everything was very clean.

Nice hotel at a very good price. Reception is open 24 hours, we arrived around midnight, and we were immediately met and clean, well-kept rooms were prepared. Every day cleaning, fresh towels and free bottles of water. We took breakfast once, because I liked to sleep late, the quality of breakfast for one time is more than excellent. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The pool is good for refreshing. The friendly staff of the Seven Seas hotel made me feel very happy, having chosen my hotel in a quiet part of Patong. The location is very convenient, literally walk the road, and you are on the sea in a couple of minutes on foot. There is a 7-11 store and several cafes nearby, but this is not the noisiest place in Patong, and this is a big plus. It is quiet at night, no one bothers us. If we ever come to Patong, then only to this hotel) I will not even look for anything new. Thank you very much! I liked everything very much!

When we checked in, the refrigerator in one of the rooms started leaking (it was turned off, the ice in the freezer melted) and there was a large puddle of water on the floor, but the staff dealt with the problem in just a few minutes

The staff are very attentive.. I had mentioned initially during booking that one of the days in the booking is my wife's birthday.. But then forgot to follow up.. The hotel staff proactively identified the day and got a cake made for her. This was definitely an icing on the cake of an already super trip we were having. The proximity of the hotel to Patong beach and the quality of food provided there are great. Breakfast, room service and all the assistance provided by the staff were superb

The pool could have been bigger.. But that's the facilities Other than that nothing to complain

I recently stayed at Seven Seas Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is perfect, being close to the beach and situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Overall, I would highly recommend Seven Seas Hotel for its great value, excellent location, and warm hospitality
