The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the staff are lovely. For the price, it was a great stay for what we needed it for which was a conference at the Novotel next door.

I would love to have breakfast available earlier than 8am. We are early risers and had to wait a long time for breakfast and it was a rush to get breakfast finished before our conference started. This was not the hotel's fault, but unfortunately we had a very noisy hotel room neighbour who shouted aggressively, was drunk, played loud music and smoked all the time and it meant confronting him a lot to enjoy our time and sleep.

It was up a little side street, so quiet, but still close to the beach and a short taxi ride to central Patong. Had tables and chairs right beside the pool where we had a great little breakfast. Cappuccino’s delivered to the table. Staff were really lovely and very helpful and obliging. The bed (and pillows) was soooo comfortable. Room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. For a Thai style hotel it was very good and great value. Would certainly stay again.

Every single member of staff were helpful and worked tirelessly and always smiling too and special mention to the young guy working in the bar (even offering to go and purchase items for I couldn't find on his day off) I never caught him name, called him maestro and buddy. Absolute superstar. Location was absolutely perfect, nice quiet street away from the chaos of Patong but few minutes walk away

Touch noisy at night at times but I opt for a poolside room!

this hotel is such a little beautiful place to stay when you want to explore Patong beach area ☺️ the staff is super friendly and helpful when you have questions or ask for what to do and how to go there around the whole area. the rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything nessessary for some days to stay. the breakfast is very good and tasty and also the food in the restaurant is super delicious 😋. we would recommend to stay here for some days. :)

The bathrooms needs some bit more cleaning tho, there was a bit mold in the corner of the shower and on the sink, but towels and everything was very clean.

Nice hotel at a very good price. Reception is open 24 hours, we arrived around midnight, and we were immediately met and clean, well-kept rooms were prepared. Every day cleaning, fresh towels and free bottles of water. We took breakfast once, because I liked to sleep late, the quality of breakfast for one time is more than excellent. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The pool is good for refreshing. The friendly staff of the Seven Seas hotel made me feel very happy, having chosen my hotel in a quiet part of Patong. The location is very convenient, literally walk the road, and you are on the sea in a couple of minutes on foot. There is a 7-11 store and several cafes nearby, but this is not the noisiest place in Patong, and this is a big plus. It is quiet at night, no one bothers us. If we ever come to Patong, then only to this hotel) I will not even look for anything new. Thank you very much! I liked everything very much!

When we checked in, the refrigerator in one of the rooms started leaking (it was turned off, the ice in the freezer melted) and there was a large puddle of water on the floor, but the staff dealt with the problem in just a few minutes

The staff are very attentive.. I had mentioned initially during booking that one of the days in the booking is my wife's birthday.. But then forgot to follow up.. The hotel staff proactively identified the day and got a cake made for her. This was definitely an icing on the cake of an already super trip we were having. The proximity of the hotel to Patong beach and the quality of food provided there are great. Breakfast, room service and all the assistance provided by the staff were superb

The pool could have been bigger.. But that's the facilities Other than that nothing to complain

I recently stayed at Seven Seas Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is perfect, being close to the beach and situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Overall, I would highly recommend Seven Seas Hotel for its great value, excellent location, and warm hospitality

It’s in a quieter location up North Not too small not too large Just a few minutes walk to the beac Friendly staff can’t get any better so 10/10 I gave them a little push just to see if they can comply. I was on the ground floor water pressure could be A lot lot Better for a shower. Tv. Had a snowy picture .there was a day where the water pump failed so nobody had water flow. :Note: if u had a water pump that supplies all the water to service the entire building , Make sure you have a Brand new standby water pump ready to go if it was to fail, so u can just call a plumber and get it swapped out . Not waiting for the store to open and then fitting it off by it’s time 8hrs have gone by / this was the case for me .lesson to be learnt here seven seas . Also Don’t forget you are in the northern part so if u where to walk to the major shopping centre it’s a 25min walk Oh and breakfast starts too late 8:00am

Seven Seas is a bouquet hotel in a prime location, near the famous Patong beach in Phuket. Located a bit away from the main road, the hotel provides relief from the city chaos. The hotel has all the needed amenities including a sweet swimming pool. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff are always there 24x7 for the guests. The room is big enough for a family of 3 and all the rooms have an attached balcony. Their main highlight is the happy hour (4 PM to 5 PM) when you can get 2 beers at the cost of 1. We loved our stay here!

It's my favourite place in the World. Seven Seas is a slice of paradise and tranquility and is more like a home away from home as the wonderful staff here make your holiday so relaxing, with their kindness and assistance when required. The manager Som is very good at her job, very hard working and friendly as are all the staff whose customer service skills are excellent . I give the hotel and staff a 10 out of 10 and would like to thank them for such a pleasurable experience. The best hotel in the World.

Everything was fine, some small issues were addressed and fixed by the excellent managers very quickly.
