The staff, food and accommodation was excellent, what ever we wanted was given. We would recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

The rooms are spacious with a fridge and a extra large bed. We got a room with a pool view and balcony that was fabulous. The breakfast had a huge variety of food to choose from.There is 3 pools and a gym if you have energy to sweat some more....

Room A316 -The shower door does not seal and every morning when we shower the whole bathroom is under water. We continouisly had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo because it was not replaces several days. Also had to ask for extra cusions as they give only 1 for each person. Only 5 hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people and we stay for 16 days....hang two items each ? They promote the hotel as beachfront...but it is opposite a busy road and a walk of 800m to closest beach.

The hotel was excellent in location, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. Being situated on Kalim beach was ideal as being able to get halal food every evening from the night food stalls was a bonus. The atmosphere was awesome, and the hotel was comfortable clean and even just a short walk to Patong Beach itself. I will definitely go back to this hotel for my next stay in Phuket 😄. My teenage kids loved the place, and so did we.

I have no complaints, but I just think the hotel should include strictly halal warm food as part of their breakfast as well to cater for Muslim guests as well.

Hotel location was great. if you want to go patong beach 5 min walk enough all shops were close by hotel tuk tuk cab station is gate on the hotel Laundry service not working They have no any laundy service in hotel. you have to go outside They gave us the wrong room at check-in. But the manager at the reception was very polite and understanding and provided an easy solution. Thank you to the manager Kate for this. I did not like the hotel pool bar management. Other than that everything was perfect. I would like to make a small recommendation. You should not give the welcome drink with a paper. Instead you should offer a drink as soon as you enter the hotel. this will make you look more professional. tuk tuks cab can make you emotional. Make sure you don't cry. so Be careful of tuktuks ( ı just kidding)

Pool bar

Our room had view to the pool, which was nice when the band performed during the evening. We could enjoy the show from our balcony. Breakfast was very complete, with local and continental options for everyone. The rooms had an electric kettle with coffee, tea and complimentary water everyday. The hotel also offers special towels for the pool, so you don't have to take the ones in your room for that. The hotel is close to one of the access to the Beach, for that you have to cross a highly congested road. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

There were guests who were very noisy using the pool. Screaming and playing in the pool after 10pm. Not very nice if you have a room facing the pool. I understand that some of them were children, but nevertheless, this was a bit excessive and the parents did nothing. I'm not sure if the personnel said something, because this children also caused problem during breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent. I loved the pool: the water was always clear, its temperature pleasant. The rooms were cleaned daily, the hotel staff was extremely polite and ready provide anything I have asked for. After initial problems were solved, my wifi connection functioned impeccably.

During my stay I fought an uphill battle with the mosquitos in my room, despite using all kind of repellents. My real problem was walking on the road leading from the hotel to Patong Beach . Parking cars on the roadside, though designated for pedestrians, forced me and other tourists to walk alongside cars and motorbikes rushing down the road. Sometimes it seemed really dangerous.

The hotel it’s outdated, but clean and with everything you need to have a good stay. The room was quite spacious. The location was very good, in walking distance to the beach, good restaurants and stores. The staff was welcoming and polite. They fixed a problem in the bathroom very quickly, as well as brought supplies as soon as we asked them for it. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular, but with basic options.

The shower head was badly positioned. The water would hit high up in the wall instead of on you and there was no way to fix it. I had to hold the shower head with one hand to be able to rinse the shampoo from my hair, for example. There is a glass wall in the shower, so, when you are with the lights on in the bathroom, it will reflect on the bedroom, bothering the person who is still sleeping. It could be easily solved with a curtain. The price was too high for an outdated hotel.

Comfortable room, good pool, and good buffet breakfast.

The location is too far to walk to town. This wouldn't be so bad if there was cheap transportation available.

The environment was good. Though initially the rooms seem a bit old but the service was good. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The pool size was good as well and the hotel is very close to the beach so that's a plus point. The beds were clean and room service was good as well.

The bathroom amenities could be better. The flush at times did not work or the flow was little less. The rooms lacked dustbin and tissue paper which was a basic necessity. The pool had sand so that needs to be cleaned. The hotel was a bit far from the main attractions or city area so had to pay more for internal travels. The overal lighting could be better.

The Breakfast was fantastic so much choice and excellent food. The restaurant is very nice.

The room is old and could do with refurbishing the shower taps would not turn off completely. We were very disappointed in the view from the balcony as it was described as a garden view and in fact, had a view of a road and a large pipe. My request for another room was not granted although to be fair I think that the hotel was full. Other rooms had a view of the pool which if I booked again I would insist on or not book. The distance from town meant either using the hotel transport and set times which was in a pickup truck and most uncomfortable. Or a Taxi to get into the Patong town centre. Its not far to walk but in the heat uncomfortable.
