Good location, near beach and walking distance from restaurants. Nice pool area and drinks/service in pool bar available, lot's of green. Room has what you need and good bed for all three persons. Easy and good communication, lovely people and thanks for hospitality. If we come back to Patong beach for sure under consideration again.

This is not a negative thing, just observation. Don't expect marble and luxury, those places are elsewhere. But lot's of personality. Location is good but because it is near busy beach road you can hear noisy cars and people, especially fridays and saturdays when traffic goes on quite late, for us it was not an issue but if you look for quiet place it is good to know.

Ann (the owner) was very sweet and attentive. The view from the room is amazing, big windows make room very sunny. AC worked really well. And when I sorted out how to use boiler, the temperature of water was good. Cleaning ladies were also very nice. And even if you decline cleaning, Ann and cleaning ladies would give you water and coffee. And I mean a lot of water, which is a huge plus for hot country. Ann also gave me beach towel for free, which is also very nice. The location for me was 11/10. You just need to cross a road (not a highway) to make it to the beach (like 2 minutes walk). I didn’t like Bangla street (20-25 minutes walk, but ~10 by taxi at rush hour), so the distance from it is also a plus for me. Cause it’s quiet at night. But it’s near 24/7 convenience store (7-11). The pool looked clean and was nice to look at from the balcony at night. I didn’t try it, cause you are literally 2 minutes away from the sea.

It’s note a big deal, but it would be nice to have more lights near the mirrors. But I managed to make my makeup just fine. Someone might say that the furniture isn’t brand new, but it’s the vibe and part of the authentic decor, in my opinion.

Special mention must go to Ann, the manager, whose warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, addressing all our needs with a smile. Roger, the owner, also deserves high praise for creating such a welcoming and luxurious environment. His dedication to excellence is evident in every detail of the hotel, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the top-notch amenities. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very well taken care of. It's clear that the team takes great pride in their work, and it shows. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the near future. Highly recommended!

Ann the manager was so friendly and the owner Roger was there and extremely convivial. All the staff were respectful of the guests and made us feel welcome. The rooms are clean with tea/coffee/water/shower amenities and the pool is cleaned daily! It’s down opposite FUGA restaurant part of Diamond Cliff, and in the wet season are doing more improvement to their hotel. A very safe and convenient place to stay in Patong Beach, amazing food & juice stalls nearby and taxis and bike hire 10 meters away. It’s a 3 star hotel but you can’t go wrong staying with them!

Staff and owner are a great asset to this establishment. Ann, sometimes known by a couple of other names by the owner of the business, Roger 😆.. was excellent,helpful, and very hardworking .with a lovely, nearly permanent smile. Sasha, the dog, was there also to meet and greet. Roger, the owner, was a wealth of information and recommended restaurants, including a great Indian restaurant within walking distance. The location and setting of the hotel were excellent for us, very close to the beach, and close enough to the action but quiet enough as well. The aircon was excellent and essential., showers and toilet were wetroom style. Showers were powerful Beds were comfy,laundry and cleaning were excellent ,thank-you to those staff ,I didn't speak to.. Pool was lovely and cleaned well ,not the biggest but adequate .for this small friendly hotel. Decor is a little tired in the rooms, but the price reflected this . The level of service and can't do enough for you attitude made up for this. Roger informed us that the pool and rooms were part of an upgrade program starting this year after high season. To sum up, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return.great value for money from your family feeling/style hotel Stayed in 202 and 204. Water was put in the room for arrival and daily after.

Bed side lamp may be worth considering, but not a worry

Great location, very close to the beach but still felt secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. We received a very warm welcome and particularly liked the hotel dog Sasha who we loved seeing just pottering around and having the occasional rest on an unoccupied lounger! The pool area was the stand out part though, it was lovely to come and relax on a lounger in a little oasis. The plants and decor around it were perfect and you can get a drink from the little bar too.

Lovely little hotel by the Beach, 2 minutes walking to the beach, nice pool, comfortable room with a seaside view, staff is very friendly and helpful in everything 😊☀️✌️

Our room was on the 3rd floor, no lift 🧐 but we could leave the luggage, what we didnt need, at the reception ☀️

I really enjoyed my stay at Wink! First of all, their 24 policy is amazing: no matter what's your check-in time.. Check-out will be possible till 24 hours later. Even if it is as late as 9pm, or even later! Secondly, the staff is super nice. Finally, breakfast and rooms are good, and so was the view.

2 relevant improvement areas: 1. During the fireworks festival, Wink staff suggested me the wrong place to look at the fireworks. Hence, i ended up missing half of them. As this was the main tourist attraction for the night, they should have known where I should go! 2. They have a WhatsApp number to chat with the front desk. However, it has happened they replied hours late. This is a cool service only if replies are immediate! Otherwise, better if they discontinue it.

The place was super clean and next to the beach, it is on the main road and you don’t have to walk uphill. The pool was super clean as well and Khun Ann was very nice and hospitable.

Only downside was to take my luggage up to 4 floor but it’s ok as Khun Ann helped me.

It is a good place with a great price , and the staff are very friendly, I recommend this place , and don’t forget the clean pool , we had a good vacation there
