Very good location and neat to Patong Beach and Bangla Road easy to commute to different places

Complementary water bottle were not clear. Hotel charged me for bottles which I thought is free. Rest all the good.

the staff at the reception some were ready rude. I recommend that someone that can speak fluently in English be at the front desk constantly.

Great view & pool .

No room service. Most of the rooms are far from the reception , so u have to take a vehicle from the reception to the room and visa versa . This sometimes can take time as the vehicle is busy .

Gorgeous views, lovely staff and food and drinks were really nice. The hotel itself is massive and the higher up you are the better the views. We got a really good deal so we were more than happy with our stay.

It’s abit of a nightmare how it’s set out, if there’s no transport waiting it can easily take 20 minutes to get up to your room. Getting to and from your room at check in and check out with cases is a nightmare (we were waiting over an hour for a truck to get our cases on check out). The hotel itself isn’t very clean the hallways etc are dirty and my feet were black most days even just walking around the hotel room, it was like the sand we brought back from the beach was never cleaned up. But it was spotless on arrival. Then bedding and towels didn’t get changed much but we didn’t know there was a card to leave on the bed to get your bedding and towels changed until the 2nd to last day. But the views are worth it they just seem very short staffed

The location is great it is in Patong but not too close to the busy areas, easy to get around on a scooter from there. The rooms are big and spacious with comfortable beds and the views are spectacular! The staff are soooo helpful and friendly they carried my bags up to my room up the stairs and everything. Special mention to Simon and Ice who made us feel extra welcome and made our stay so much more enjoyable. We absolutely love the happy hour at the pool the music is such a vibe! We actually extended our stay here we loved it so much!

We were always met with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loved our villa, quiet location yet lots of amenities nearby. Good choice of food at breakfast.

We were only informed that there were 70 stair steps down to our villa on arrival, which also, means 70 steps back up each time you leave and enter the villa. This would not be good for elderly or anyone with walking difficulties.

room: excellent choice, sea view is worth it, big, comfortable, clean, location was great so we didn't have to walk a lot for the restaurant, it was close to the pool Boo was very helpful and kind at the reception super breakfast, wide variety it was walking distance to Patong Beach and Bangla street, but not noisy at all. up the hill but manageable

pool towel service is a mess, basically no one speaks English apart from the receptionists

liked the location and the ocean view. we could hear the waves crashing the shore even from our balcony. great services nearby like street food vendors, laundry and 7-11.

The property is just getting to some kind of normal since the pandemic. we seen improvements to the hotel and services even during our 4 day stay. I believe in a few months things will be better. The hotel wants a 2000 baht deposit in cash and they really discourage you from using your visa. even threatening that it will take 2 months to get your deposit back if you use a credit card. I did not like or appreciate the tactics. overall a good place. I would stay there again.

You’ll love how beautiful the pool view is. Best sunset view so far in Patong! Food is very good. Staff is very welcoming and trying their best to comfort your stay.

Rooms need a bit of soundproof to provide more comfort and don’t be disturb by disrespectful tourist. Hotel must check more strictly who can join their hotel to use the pools as some people come in groups and own the pool which is very uncomfortable for hotel clients

I stayed in the honeymoon suite and was on the top floor - the view was simply exceptional, especially when sipping drinks with my partner in the private balcony-pool. The food and driver staff were very nice and efficient, and the food at the main restaurant by the pool overlooking the ocean was great.

I stayed for 4 days, and for 3 of those days, the escalator from the breakfast/restaurant to the block of rooms was broken. It's about 30 or so steep steps so walking up them is a little taxing and it was an annoyance. Also check-in took about 20 minutes as reception seemed to be inundated with calls. Later when I ordered food, or asked about something for my room via the phone, I would always be redirected to reception - so I believe too many calls are routed to them and they are swamped. Overall the positives outweighed the negatives for my stay, there are just some teething issues to be worked on.
