I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was top-notch from start to finish. The cleanliness was impeccable — the room, bathroom, and common areas were spotless and well-maintained every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. The location was perfect — conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. As for value for money, it exceeded my expectations. For the price I paid, I received high-quality service, comfort, and amenities that made the stay well worth it. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has an amazing location - just 3 minutes ( 5 min if slowly) from the Patong beach. I loved that you can see the sea and the beach line directly from the pool area on the top. The 24-hours reception service was very helpful as our flight got delayed. The venue has a lift. Rooms were clean. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, a supermarket, fruit-shops, massage saloons right next to the hotel. Check café Bagus right on the corner in front of the hotel - it has good coffee, good prices and tasty food. And i liked the price of the room for the night here. I think it's very good for its location.

The toilets in the rooms on the ground floor had smell, but it seems to be a general characteristic of the toilets in Thailand.

Pool was really good and the view from the rooftop was superb as well!

It is kinda far from the main street where all the things go down. Took around 300-350 baht total to get there and back to hotel everyday.

Location right near Patong Beach, 7-Eleven and a nice 20 min stroll to Bangla. Very spacious room with block out blinds which helped to insulate and keep the room cool. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room matches pictures and was very quiet as it’s set back from the road. Aircon worked well. I didn’t visit the pool so can’t offer any feedback on that.

Bed was firm, I didn’t mind it. In fact I quite liked it, but it’s worth nothing here for people who are looking for softer beds.

Very good location. Big rooms. Roof top pool. Great shower. At the end of the street on the left (if youre walking out) there is a lady who rents bikes and sells tours. She was great! Didnt scam us and showed us the best way to book things.

I really liked the efforts of the staff. They were very nice and helpful. The room were clean and the location is amazing. Everything is very close to this place. The pool is very beautiful.

I didn't like the room we got as there was no view! We could see some other hotel's wall and it is inside a lane where you can't even get your car. Other than these two things everything was perfect.

The location was great - it's off a main street and approximately 200 metres from the main beach. The pool on the rooftop was nice with a fantastic view! I didn't try the buffet breakfast.

The only downside was that the bed was hard. This is quite common in southeast Asia, however this was one of the hardest I've experienced.

The location was brilliant, really close the the beach and not too far away from Bangla Road (approx 15-20 mins). The rooftop pool was lovely. The staff were really helpful

The rooms could do with modernising slightly, it has a lot of potential to be much nicer

Perfect location, a bit far from the noisy streets. The employees was great, specially thanks to the manager Bee. 7/11 in 100m away, cafe, laundry service, fruits market and the beach, just 150m away! And beautiful view from the roof with the pool! Unfortunately it was raining and I didn’t use to swim there. They also provide towel for the beach and bring 2 small bottles of water everyday. Cleaning the room everyday too!
