Excellent breakfast selection, pools great, gym was great. Staff extremely friendly, accommodating. Room service great, food is delicious. Food at restaurant out front great too.

Only thing l wasn't happy with was that "Day Use" is allowed and they take up all the sunlounges, sun beds etc at the Beach Club. Then they would stay all day and smoke cannibis. They take away the fact that as paying guests staying at the Resort, we should have first dibs on where we choose to sit, lay by the pool and not have it crowded with outsiders who pay for a day. Really wasn't thrilled about that. Spoils the experience.

Firstly I would love to thank the staff for the great reception and hospitality. I asked for certain customizations to be made to our rooms and they were perfectly accommodated and arranged to our liking, the rooms are spacious and clean, with a very sleek modern furniture. Guests services went above and beyond with our requests, and most times provided what we asked for in little to no time at all. The restaurant is well varied, Halal Food was served, and the chef was always attentive to certain food needs (gluten free foods and etc). The toilets had a shattafa which is a great pro, and the location of the hotel is well situated in Patong Beach, allowing easy access to all activities in Phuket. The hotel has a gym hall, small but does the job. All in all, I really recommend this hotel for your stay, whether you are a family or a friends group like us!

Nothing, our stay was flawless.

Check in and Check out was fast and efficient. Staff are very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Room size was okay but the view just to another Building.

Beach Front Pool is open for Public which is a disaster. People from outside can come and stay at the Beach Front Pool and they are using for free Towels and Sunbeds and on top of that they are smoking at the entire Pool area and we as in House Guest didn't have any Sunbed available. Definitely not come back as long as they do not change it!

We stayed at this hotel for six nights during August 2024. This hotel is truly exceptional! Its location is very convenient and has easy access to a beach and to Patong area. Taxis and tour buses find it easily too. The hotel is new, modern, very spacious, super clean and has many places where you can sit and relax (even on the rainy days!). The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean as well. The staff was always very polite and helpful at all times. The pool side is very big and there are busy and less busy areas where you can enjoy it. Pool bars offer a good variety of food and drinks. The front pool has nice sunset views as well. The restaurants at the hotel are also exceptional and offer a good selection of cuisines, both the All-you-can-eat buffets (different theme each night) and the A la Carte. The breakfast is also great, offering both local and international options! This is a perfect choice for both couples and families with kids. Highly recommended!!

The only negative thing is that the room tv does not have many international channels and no option to connect, eg to Netflix. You can only connect Android devices.

I simply dont understand how this hotel does not have 5 stars and how this hotel does not have a higher rating!! This hotel was absolutely fantastic! I had no complaints at all. The rooms were spotless, and the cleaning service was top-notch - they cleaned them multiple times a day. The room service was also super affordable. And guess what? When we wanted towels for our beach trip, we could just borrow them from the pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful! I highly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be back again soon!

This hotel was amazing, the restaurant, buffet, room service, lobby was all amazing and really cheap honestly room service can be ordered The rooms are so clean and spacious we got the suite with 2 bathrooms (1 kids, 1 adult and a toilet in the living area) we were provided everything, we’d exit our room at 10am to get breakfast the moment we got back the room was cleaned. The staff were all so beautiful and accommodating. They give amazing products for kids, colouring, robes everything. There is so many pools and space to choose from to swim at and the beach is right out front with water sports activities such as JetSki, banana boat, parasailing etc. it’s close enough to restaurants and a short walk to Bangla road. The check out is at 12 but they store your luggage up until you leave and also use all their amenities and shower which is so good.

We loved the polite, friendly service - exceptional! The hotel is beautiful. Our room was good. We would have loved a view out the front but next time we will ask. The service everywhere was amazing. The breakfast menu was amazing. The best we have ever experienced and they mixed it up every day. The chefs take such pride in their restaurant. They also offer Western and Indian, they have a station where they make omelettes and eggs Benedict, they have a dosa station, soup station. The beautiful wait staff were amazing. The pool was great. Loved the food and service by the pool.

There was nothing bad about the place except we wished we stayed longer. Maybe a bigger bar would be good in the lobby but really there are no negatives

Four Points is a luxurious, modern resort located right on Patong Beach. The pool view room was clean, quiet and air-conditioned, with a great view of the pools and garden area. The pool area is excellent, with a variety of pools and seating areas set amongst lush tropical trees and well-kept gardens; including a pool with views of Patong Beach just across the road. The staff are friendly, helpful and communicate well in English if required. The buffet breakfast is exceptional, one of the best I’ve had. A vast array of various cuisines including western, Thai, Indian, Chinese, halal, a great Japanese noodle bar, and fresh fruits and juices; with all food very fresh and nicely presented. Highly recommend including the buffet in your room package. The resort location is perfect; a one-minute walk across the road to Patong Beach; and in the heart of Patong to explore the streets and nightlife, with the famous Bangla Walking Street only a ten-minute or so walk away. I thoroughly recommend Four Points by Sheraton, Patong; and will definitely stay the next time.

Everything was perfect.

I appreciated the dedicated efforts of the staff in accommodating guests, even during peak occupancy. Initially, I felt disheartened when assigned a room on the fifth floor, which lacked a view and was quite a distance from the amenities, requiring a seven-minute walk from the lobby. It didn't quite give me the feeling of a beach holiday. However, the staff kindly relocated us to a room on the Group D floor. While it still lacked a view, its proximity to the lobby, restaurants, pool, and the beach truly warmed our hearts.

One aspect I wasn't entirely satisfied with was the TV system. It experienced lagging issues, and unfortunately, it didn't offer access to Netflix. Considering it's a relatively new three-year-old hotel, I would suggest investing in smarter TVs to enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the hotel bathroom, as it seemed to have recurring plumbing problems, causing it to frequently clog. This was another aspect that I believe the hotel should address to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.
