The location was a 5 minute walk to Patong beach. It's very quiet with a very nice pool. breakfast was delicious with live cooking station. The staff were the friendliest you can imagine. Large but sparsely furnished rooms, with small but adequate balconies. Walkable distance to all the main areas of Patong, but away from the crowds. I would recommend this hotel, I went off season, so the price was reasonable. The photos on their website are a good reflection of the hotel but some of the paintwork has long since faded on the entrance road. Rooms were cleaned daily, beach/pool towels are free to use. Any minor issues were fixed quickly.

Struggling to fault this hotel, its really a nice place. There were lots of guests when I was there for 5 nights, and I didn't hear anyone complain. Go ahead and book.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, and lovely staff. Perfect distance from the beach, walking there was quick and easy, but it's relatively quiet. 7-eleven and all services right in the corner.

It needs a way to clean off the sand off your feet when returning from the beach.

Large beds, spacey rooms, nice pool with a shade, good breakfast, close to the beach and still quiet in the evening.

Staff wwre really great. Always courteous. Very helpful. I was grateful for the card they gave me with name, address and a.map of the hotel location as most drivers didn't seem to know it.

Everything is quite old. Bottle opener in the room was rusty. Poolside seats and tables are badly weathered and the table we had was a actually falling apart. Linen was fresh and clean but the foot towels were frayed. I'm sure this looked better 20 years ago..

The ground floor room with pool access was the best. We initially booked one of the ground floor rooms with view to the pool, but were able to upgrade to one of the 4 rooms with pool access 2 days prior to our arrival. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly and attentive. The air in our room was very humid and we asked for a dehumidifier and they brought one for us for free. That really changed the air in the room. We received daily free water when the cleaning was done.

The conditions are not really up to a 4 star hotel, as we are used to in Europe, but it is clean and you have daily room service.

Loved the location to the beach, bars and restaurants. Poolside room which was spacious, clean and quiet. Only downside was the mosquito’s (see comment below). Lovely quiet pool area with ample beds. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff extremely helpful and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a poolside room. Whilst the room was extremely spacious and clean, could do with some mosquito plugs in there as without them, you’ll get bitten alive. Wouldn’t deter me from staying again, I’d just be better equipped next time.

Facilities: Pool was surprisingly big and deep (up to 1.8m) with a separate children section. Room: water pressure was good, toilets have enough space and good flooring for dealing with sand, bed firm, pillows fluffy. Location: Quieter north end of the stretch, close to beach and walkable to anywhere in Patong, 15 mins walk to Bangla st. Nice driveway, easy for cab to drop off.

Environment: Location under construction so some noise in the day. There was some sort of mud situation in the walkway to our ground floor room. Room: was full of mosquitos when we came in, we bought our own repellant which solved it but we think this should be provided

Great location! Very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants, bars. There is also a small supermarket and ATMs and money exchange places. We found the bed to be very comfortable. The mini fridge had beers and soft drinks. That was cheaper than some bars. It is about a 20-minute walk to Bangla road. Which can be hard in the heat. However, with the great choice of bars near by. We didn't find it a big deal. We especially liked Legends. Which was a sports bar (not into sports) but the food and drinks were good!

During our trip, the water went out for a while. So we just headed out and explored. Was slightly inconvenient. The shower was quite old-fashioned. The breakfast menu is quite limited. There are plenty of restaurants outside if you do not want to pay for the breakfast option. But overall, it was a great experience. I've stayed in 5* hotels in Phuket, and I overall don't have anything bad to say about the place.
