I hope this email finds you well. I recently had the opportunity to stay at your prestigious five-star hotel, and I would like to express my concerns regarding the quality of service I experienced during check out. Firstly, I was charged an additional fee of 400 for a heavy ceramic soap dish, which unfortunately slipped from my hands due to its weight and broke while I was at the shower. In most five-star hotels, such incidents wouldn't typically result in an extra charge, as I would expect items like this to be made of plastic, not fragile ceramic. Despite my initial hesitation, I accepted to pay this fee. Secondly, I was surprised to be informed that I should not take the slippers provided in the room with me, as they are not intended for the guest's. Instead, I was told that they would be washed and given to another guest!!. This practice was unusual to me, as luxury hotels usuallythe people take the sliper for the For remembrance. I had no issues with returning the slippers as advised. Lastly, I was notified of an additional charge of 300 on my room entry card. This fee was not clearly explained, and I was taken aback by this unexpected service . What was most disheartening was my interaction with your hotel's manager his name SAKSIT R when I requested a meeting to discuss these issues. The manager's approach was less than professional and, unfortunately, fell short of the standards I expected from a five-star establishment. When I raised my concerns, the manager merely mentioned that it was the hotel's policy and insisted that I had to pay the fees. When I requested to see the policies, he mentioned that they were printed on the entry card!! However, I had not received any prior explanation about these policies,He said that he does not have a solution, and if you want a solution, we can tell the police to let them know if they find a solution!!Is there a manager who talks like this?

Very convenient location patong beach is 5mins away from the hotel. 7Eleven is right infront of the property. Staff was very helpful. The pool is definitely the highlight of the hotel.

The Airconditioning for my room was quite dirty, very weak disturbution of cold air. Plumbing was bad aswell, not that strong, had to fill the trash bin with water to flush down the toilet. Breakfast Buffet could be better.

It was a good quiet location. The staff went above and beyond. Lovely pool and spacious room

It had a lot of false advertising They advertised a free shuttle bus to the center of Patong - which didn’t exist They advertised a Resort and Spa - three spas on the pool never worked and the spa treatment services had shut down They had a pool bar which opened 1 day out of our 18 days!!!! Lacked atmosphere. Needed some life around the pool. Regular pool bar staff and music would have been good

I highly recommend this hotel for it's cozy room, serene atmosphere and customer service. The staff at this hotel were incredible welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I'd like to thank everyone for kind, support and care. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and love the convenient location to the beach and shops. Also, I was pleasantly impressed by the restaurant's selection. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The hotel provided outstanding spa service, a range of massages, sauna and gym. There excursion stand located in the lobby hotel there ladies can help you to find the best attractions, outdoors activities and fantastic shows. Its very convenient to have it in the hotel. The pool area was a great spot to relax after long day exploring with a bar in center of it, also was spotless. Overall, this hotel fell like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort, safe and peaceful environment. It was an unforgettable hotel experience. I definitely will be back next year. The location of the hotel is beautiful. Literally a stone throw walk to the beach. What you see is what you get. However, there are a few things I think they can do better on. First, please put a proper function AC in the lift not just a fan. Secondly, the bed was rock hard. I found it really uncomfortable to sleep on. Thirdly, people with kids should be told to respect other people who are still trying to get some shut-eye in the mornings when in the swimming pool. Children were screaming at the top of their voices at 7am already. Not cool. Lastly, there was a very unfriendly male employee who worked the night shift. He can do better with his customer service. Otherwise, lovely hotel ans awesome breakfast and very friendly staff. ☺️

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely and would do anything to help. The room was so nice with a pool swim-up. Breakfast was great, everything you would expect. Handy fridge in the room. Fab location. Lovely relaxing pool.

Could do with a bit of a refresh in the bathroom, grout in the shower was grotty and some of the furniture was a bit worn. The building next door is an eyesore which isn't screened off well enough so can be seen while walking through the corridors (maybe get better, prettier screening so people don't see it) The beds are quite firm which wasn't great for my husband. No plug socket near the beds.

First time at this hotel, but not first time in Phuket. The room size was amazing! Bonus: the bed has a wonderful firm mattress; Bonus: the room fridge had a little freezer compartment, which was ideal to keep the ice cold. Bonus: they even allow to keep a key in the room to keep it cool all day! We first had a pool view, but we found it way to quiet/peaceful. We changed to a sea view, much more traffic and noise, but view was better for us and suited our needs. The staff were really amazing and accommodating... The lady Sapp at reception was wonderful!

The beach towel system was way outdated (you sign and change every day) so would be great if they could update that... perhaps just put them in the room? House keeping could be done a little more in depth: perhaps a vacuum cleaner and not just a broom, dust a little more. It was sufficient enough, but very basic.

The property has an ideal location well connected to different areas of Patong, and with the pool being surrounded by the rooms, you had your intimacy from the ongoing street crowd. The food was delicious, for breakfast, as well as for afternoon lunch or even a late night room service snack. Everyone from the staff was friendly, open and immediately reacted to all inquiries. Would return.

Improve music playlist for the pool (10 same songs everyday).

We did not eat at the hotel at all so can't rate that.. but the rooms were superb.. almost as big as an apartment and with all the amenities and comforts. The location was great! The pool bar was great! The pool itself was fabulous! And having pool access rooms was just amazing!! The travel desk was efficient and made a couple of very good restaurant recommendations.

Staff could’ve been friendlier.. The check in staff was a bit scary.. She was friendly and rude in turns so that was a little confusing for us. Also we felt that for such a big set up, they were sorely lacking in staff. Maybe that was the reason for the attitude.. We all felt that they must be overworked. On a very different point: the rooms need more electrical plug points especially in today’s day and age!

Breakfast was fabulous. No complaints on food but restaurant very hot & stuffy needed better aircon. Rooms spacious nice and clean on arrival. Bed hard but mattress topper put on and then bed was comfortable.

The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. When I asked for a mattress topper one was provided and made a huge difference. Only complaint is that rooms weren’t cleaned til very late in the afternoon and no towels were left on more then one occasion and said they would drop them back. We got back after 8pm and then had to request towels, we were given pool towels. Annoying but didn’t effect our overall stay.
