- Bed was quite firm, probably better for back sleepers - Room was very close to the road, lots of noise - Shower didn't get hot, just luke warm - My room had a rattling window in the bathroom (would move and rattle in the wind overnight) - Curtains did not pull all the way across the windows, let a lot of morning light in

It seemed like an older building that could use some repairs. Faucet was wobbly and sliding door was difficult to slide.

Absolutely breathtaking views, friendly English speaking staff, right in front you can find Toktoks waiting for you, 7 eleven just cross the street, a pharmacy, a massage place, and a location in between of two beaches! Some street food carts 50m away🤍 Suuuper friendly staff and always there.

The bathtub didn’t have a curtain. Water was out every time we showered. It was cleaned daily, but still a bit disturbing.

The location was stunning, and was lovely being so close to the beach and being able to watch the sunset from our balcony. The receptionist who was on the night shift during our stay was so lovely and helpful!

The room was a bit noisy from the traffic on the road, and the area surrounding the pool could be improved as a seating area.

This location was wonderful! In the perfect area of Patong Beach! Grab tuk tuks are so fun in this area. Beaches, markets & lovely walks through this beachside city are all right there. The sea front views from our room were breathtaking through the floor to ceiling windows & gorgeous spacious balcony. This place is called Patong SUNSET Villas for a reason! The cleanliness of the room & property were excellent. Show yourself some love & stay here!

I saw both good and bad reviews but when I stayed there I felt the room was not dirty it was very clean the staff was helpful, some old things in the room but I understand because it is very close to the sea my husband loves this place we will come back again

The location is amazing, you sleep with the seawave as your lullaby. Staffs were amazing and gave very prompt response.

One of the shower drainhole was clogged. The cleaning staff came so fast to fix the issue but didn't manage to solve it as the clog couldn't just be fixed with a plunger. We had a little flooding issue in the room on our last day, hopefully the issue has already been fixed for their next guests.
