The location is great, perfectly away from the busy main road. The room is spacious with a bunch of storage. Aircon works well. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and warm welcoming.

There's a drop step coming into the bathroom which is a bit dangerous. Would be useful to have a warning sign for the slightly clumsier perhaps.

Great location, short walk to Patong beach, junceylon shopping centre and Bangla road, plenty of food options and restaurants nearby and a 7/11 just outside. Very quiet as well despite being close to the Main Street. Room was very large and spacious, bed was very comfortable and was provided with free water and other amenities as well. Room also came with a fridge and outdoor seating area as well which was amazing! Staff was also very welcoming as well. For the price you pay - the value is spectacular. It has everything you really need.

As a budget hotel a few things weren’t working or were faulty - such as the shower glass door wouldn’t close, the shower head kept falling and was unstable, the sink plug kept closing and you had to manually drain the sink consistently, which was slightly inconvenient. The bathroom could have also been a bit cleaner as well, and the tables / surfaces in the room could have been wiped down a bit more.

Great location, friendly staff close to the beach and Bangla Road and yet it is so quiet, everyday i slept there like a baby. Best value for money. I stayed 6 days and i would definetely stay there again. Owner of the hotel is a great man, i forget my wallet in the room and he tried to reach me and he well managed to send my wallet to my hotel in Pattaya. Special thanks to him🙏

You wont get a luxurious modern hotel, but considering the price and the pictures seen on booking, you also shouldn’t expect it. It was a great authentic hotel with a wonderful staff, especially the girl at the front desk. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from Patong beach, but also located in a little street where you can get a good night sleep without noises from the street. You can borrow beach towels at the front desk, have coffee and tea there 24/7. And unlike some much “better” hotels, the room was really spacious! Also we needed to do an early check out because of our flight and that wasn’t a problem either since at that time usually there is nobody at the reception. I would recommend this hotel!

The staff were super helpful and I loved the little towel arrangements in the room. The air con was effective. Not far from the beach and close to lots of restaurants / stores etc.

The air con was a bit difficult to control. There’s no lift - so if you’re on the 3rd floor with heavy luggage (like me) it’s quite the work out! If you put a do not disturb sign on your door, cleaning staff do not leave any water / loo roll outside your door like other hotels do. This would have been appreciated.

The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has a good size, the room was clean, the air conditioning works properly, and it’s in a walking distance to the Bangla Road and the beach. There’s plenty of options for restaurants, pharmacies, 7elevens, and street food close by.

Not about the property itself, but the beach near isn’t the best! So, if you’re planning to spend more time and enjoy the beach in Phuket, don’t stay near the Patong Beach! The beaches towards the south are much better!

Everything from the extremely friendly and helpful staff. ( especially May) Nothing is too much trouble. From checking you have everything you need and if you're ok. To helping book tours suitable.for you ( i had a bad knee, and limited mobility)The room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable......if you're a fan of a firm mattress. Which I am. 😊 The location is fabulous and a short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. The hotel offers free beach towels to clients. Free water. Rooms are cleaned as often as you require. And a very reasonable price. I absolutely will stay again.

Quaint little hotel in a near perfect location with plenty of things to do close by while at the same time being away from all the noise and chaos. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff are excellent! They helped me arrange some outings and also my transfer to Samui. They handled my laundry for an extremely reasonable price as well. The people who work here will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Enjoyed my 5 days here and will be back soon!

This is a very well suited place for a budget solo traveller with really warm and hospitable property owner, manager and her assistant and the area was quite safe and approachable. No difficulties finding it since they have a board on the main road which helps locate this property easily. It has medical shop/pharmacy nearby and so are the bars, restaurants, massage parlors and more.

I wish the lighting was a bit more brighter and warmer (off white tone) / elite. This place doesn't have a lift so it may be a concern for someone with a physical challenge.
