Excellent location, walking distance to Patong beach. The 7/11 Store was just outside the lane, so daily stuff was very easily accessible. Lot of eating options around the area, don't have to go too far for any kind of cuisine. Even the booking agents for various activities are just 2 mins walk from the hotel. Lot of Forex shops nearby - so can compare amongst atleast 5-6 options before making the currency conversions. The shopping areas are also nearby and also on the Patong beach road. But don't buy anythng from Patong Beach, everythng is double the price. Best to explore other parts of the area, more options, better prices The hotel and the location far exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. Both the rooms were very spacious. The staff was really courteous and the reception was well managed at all times. We reached the hotel quite late in the night, around 12.30-1 am and the receptionist was still there to make sure we got the keys and the check-in process was ultra smooth. They have a coffee/tea station at the lobby so anytime you want to have coffee/tea - just pick up the sachets and you are good to go.

The only downside to our stay was, some red ants in the drawers of our room. Even though we ensured the place was kept clean (no food drops or sugar drops), the ants were still around. We did let the staff know about and they did some spraying work - but next day the ants came back. I guess we were very sweet guests :-) But again not an issue, I wouldn't change my rating because of this minor issue. Its all part and parcel of adventure travel. The place has a good location, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, minimarkets, massage, laundry, street food, all were pretty close, and with the benefit that it was quiet at night because it wasn't located directly on the main road, and away from the craziness of Bangla Road. The whole place was clean, the bed was huge and comfortable, the air conditioning was good, the bathroom was also clean, with everything functional, there was a hairdryer and eltectric kettle available, smart TV with Netflix/YouTube. The staff changed our towels and cleaned the room, every time we put the sign on the door, every day if you wanted. We also received 2x 0.5 l water bottles, shower gel, shampoo, soap, cue tips, every day. The receptionist was friendly and always greeted us with a smile and ready to help us if we needed anything. We warmly recommend the place!

Maybe the alley where it's located didn't looked that good, but hey, I wouldn't trade a quiet good night sleep just to be on the main road with all that noise.

Short walking distance to bangla road, patong gym, beach and shopping malls. Easy to get varieties of food nearby. 7E & pharmacy are all nearby. Staff are very friendly and keep to their words because I booked the return taxi to airport and the staff provided me the taxi contact number as per promise.

Location a bit hidden which I suggest to have a big signboard on the side road to increase visibility. Room cleaner keep forgetting to replace the small face towel. One time so coincident I am back while she's still in, which i managed to get her to replaced it on the spot. Second time, I've to request from the front desk.

Everything was perfect, I have been in many hotels of the same category, but this is the best. The towels and lining are always clean and white. The room was cleaned on demand at once. Besides, the location is pretty near the most popular activities- you can walk in 10-20 min Bangla Road, all popular restaurants and the beach, of course. Wish prosperity for the hotel and team!

Little gem of a budget hotel, modernly furnished, clean and with generously sized rooms. Clean and serviced daily, with water supply. The staff is lovely and always available, thank you for making my stay so pleasant! The elevator is a plus, as not present in all accommodations at this price bracket. The hotel is located a little away from the Jungceylon shopping mall and bars, probably a 20 minutes walk or a short tuk-tuk ride. However, for the same reason is quiet. Still fairly close to the beach (5-10 minutes walk) and with all amenities nearby. Conveniently located next to a 7/11 for all basic necessities. Even better, the little local restaurant in the alley downstairs is a great option for authentic Thai food.

We felt this was priced very well and what we needed for one nights stay, but could have easily stayed there for an extra night or two because the location was great and the room was spacious and decent. The room also had Netflix which was great for night time.

The only thing was the receptionist knocking on our door at 12.01pm for checkout. We were literally just walking out of the door with our bags on our backs. We just felt maybe they should give people a couple of minutes to get down in the elevator etc. Other than that nothing bad.

Big bed, nice size room, decent size bathroom. The balcony was nice and useful aswell as the size of it too. The lift was quick.

Perhaps could use some refurb because some modernization was necessary and I didn’t like that the A/C was directly above the bed so no angle was manageable, but hey it was a decent place and decent size room in a great location. The facilities worked and it was clean.

Very friendly and helpful personal, they clean everyday if you wish so (but no need, I asked every second day for), very day you find botles of drinkwater in the room or by the door. Beach towels provided, clean towels every time, no question.

Sometimes plumber it´s needed to repair things in bathrooms, the ceilings are stained from the water above.
