It's a short walk to Phuket Old Town as well as a small shopping centre nearby. Directly opposite from the hotel is a 7-Eleven where the airport shuttle runs. The facilities are modern and met our expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed everything about it!

Our room faced the main road so we could hear a bit of the traffic. It wasn't a big deal for us but it might bother someone who is more sensitive to noise.

The shower wouldn’t drain so the bathroom would flood a bit, but it would go down eventually

It is convenient that this hotel is actually located nearby to all the main attractions and also there are massage center and laundry service downstairs. Very cheap for those who wanted to save budget and stay in the center.

The hotel did not provide an iron and hair dryer.

1) Its in great location 2) Room is big and clean 3) walking distance to many shops and restaurants. 4) The owner gave me good handmade cloth scarf when we vacated the hotel.

1) I feel like the AC is facing directly towards bed and it made me sick with cold and cough next morning. 2) We have to throw our own bin bags everyday. 3) Most importantly strict rules from the owner(basically its a house and the owner stays within the house). 4) Its good for short time stay. 5) I didn’t feel comfortable with always eyes on me from owner downstairs. 6) The owner is good and respectful but they have to change somethings thats it.

The room is bigger than pictures.. 2 queen bed for 3 people. Bed linen and room is clean. Toilet also okey but air bertakung bila mandi. TV is okey aircond is okey. WiFi is available at level.

Owner change our location of room to Thai classic house without early notification. The new location is peaceful but too far to walk to the beach and centre area. We also a little bit upset because we got a room in level 5 which there is no lift (no elevator) available.. Have to walk up using stairs. Its not bearable and too tired walk up until level 5 with big luggage with us.
