The staff are friendly and communicate well. The location near Patong beach 5-10 mins walk was perfect for us. It's also near nice restaurants and bars. The internet worked well. We were also allowed late checkout at no cost because we had a half day trip to the islands and needed to refresh before checkout.

The hotel could do better on air con in the lobby and the lift

This hotel was amazing. I originally booked just a night or two to try it out, and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for. I booked 15 more . The staff kindly upgraded me to a room with a beautiful ocean view. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel is just 400 meters from the beach and 200 meters from Walking Street—perfect location. Great experience, great people. Highly recommend to everyone!

The hotel has old-house charm, and for the price, you really can’t beat the value. The Wi-Fi works well as long as you’re sitting close to the router—the thick walls make it hard for the signal to travel, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The location is perfect, the price is perfect, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

We initially didnt have the best first impression. Arriving a couple hours before checking they told us we couldn't check in until 3. When 3 came around the staff seemed very flustered and it seemed to be that our original room had been filled. We ending up not being able to check in until around 6pm (3hours late) however they did upgraded our room which was incredibly good and spacious. It had a good Fridge, kitchen and bath on the balcony. The pool was very nice, and had the sun all day. Location wasn't to bad, about 10min walk to the center or beach.

I recommend this hotel, I really like the jacuzzi on the balcony (even if mine didn't work I had to change rooms), but overall everything was fine and the hotel manager was able to find me solutions, the hotel staff is very nice, in addition you can get a massage on the ground floor and you also have a restaurant

I advise you not to take the breakfast option, you can eat better at the same price outside the hotel, it is supposedly a buffet but you can only eat eggs, sausage and ham (hot), or cereals, fruits and jam toasts

A Truly Wonderful Stay at the Zephyr Hotel in Phuket I spent a beautiful month at the Zephyr Hotel in Phuket and had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is stunning, with great amenities and a perfect location. During my stay, I encountered a small issue with the air conditioner in my room. However, the staff handled it wonderfully—they upgraded my room at no extra charge! This gesture really made me feel valued as a guest. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always eager to help, but I must give a special mention to Arunee. She was absolutely lovely throughout my stay, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for me. Her warm and caring demeanor truly made a difference in my experience. Thank you, Zephyr Hotel, for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket!

One lady was there in reception during night time Old lady i dont remember her name . She was there on the 2 nd of august early morning. She was rude and bad shouting we asked her for our key as in hotel they asked to keep the key with reception when we go out to avoid losing it . She was rude and she didn’t want to give us water and will pay for it . Rude person cant be in reception

Rooftop pool sleeping bed and airco

Amazing big spacious room with hottub on the balcony. I don't know if I got lucky, but I had a great room with city view on 8th floor and a nice jacuzzi hottub, I never use them because they are usually dirty and nasty, but I requested the hotel to clean it before my arrival so i can use it and it was a pleasant state. Read a lot of reviews that made me doubt my booking but I hada perfect stay. pool on the rooftop was nice.

One of the other guests was quite rude. He was loud and walked around wearing Nike t-shirts that were very obviously fake. It was also clear that he was only in Thailand as a sex tourist and it made the holiday a bit less enjoyable than it should have been. I would rather if the hotel didn't accommodate this kind

Decent location. Lovely bed and great air con. The WiFi wasn’t great in our room and the shower head was loose so it sprayed everywhere. The TV channels weren’t in great reception. The pool appeared very nice but was a little bit dirty and had some loose tiles, still good for a roof top and some snaps for the socials. I’d stay again for a night or 2 but not for a week
