Our 2-week stay at Patong Mansion was absolutely lovely. The staff were all kind and helpful, and neither of us had any issues when we needed help. They even lent us umbrellas on arrival night without us asking when they saw us heading out in a monsoon, as we had come a bit unprepared in that regard. Even if the staff didn't speak as much English or couldn't understand us, there was always another member who could help to assist nearby and it was never a problem. Being as we were a guest in their country, I don't expect everyone to speak another language fluently‐ especially English as it is very difficult to learn! The selection of tours and help with planning is abundant if you are looking for that. Don't get me started on the heavenly massages directly across the street! We almost fell asleep due to how comfortable the experiences were. The ladies there were just as kind and hospitable, and unexpectedly cracked many joints in the body we didn't even know we had. Left feeling weightless as a feather. 😂 The room was very spacious and clean, and the selection of lighting and organization spots were great. (The only thing that sucked a bit was that the power has to be turned on via a fob on your room key, so you can't have a cooled room when you return. However, as that is very common in Asia due to high electrical costs, I don't dock any points for that. Just something to keep in mind if that is of importance to you when booking.) The shower water rarely left the corner area as the tiles were slightly lifted as it ended. A little touch that is very appreciated due to how easily some of that style of showers can flood the bathroom. The pool area was clean and the majority of the time very quiet, so my friend spent a ton of time up there. The lobby was the same, and the little reptilian friend and hotel cats were all very friendly and adorable to interact with. I would return here without a doubt when coming to Phuket.

Staff are friendly, the location is ok about 10 mins from centre. If you dont like to walk or take transport than find some where closer. If you're ok with being on a bike than its fairly cheap to get around. Can be sketchy at times 😄 been on the back of one. You can hire a motorcycle directly from Hotel and they have a massage place opposite which they give you a coupon for. If you pay for a massage you get 30 mins free foot massage or Thai Massage. They can organise boat Tours/day Trips to some of the Islands at a discount also. Room is cleaned daily, but you have to request a mop/wet clean which is only downside I would say, that was the only thing I was not happy about. Otherwise a good stay, lovely staff, rooftop pool usually quite. You get what you pay for and the price was decent so can't complain.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was serviced daily. The hotel was peaceful and had a happy family atmosphere. The massage place attached to the hotel was great value and the staff were very capable. The swimming pool on the roof was wonderful after a hot, tiring day. On checkout day I was able to use a shower room before going to the airport, at no cost.The hotel arranged a taxi back to the airport. I had a terrific 20 night stay and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Staff were superfriendley,only a 10minute walk to bangla and beach.rooms were cleaned everday,they also booked us taxis and trips which saved the us the hassle.massages just over the road which was super cheap and really good,had breakfast a couple of days,plenty of fruit and other selection for 200baht.thwy had a rooftop pool which was small but ok.

The steps going into pool were a bit too small,and wen i came out of pool i slipped backwards and my neck slammed on the pool step,could probably do with a nonslip mat wen getting out,i wouldnt care i had no issues getting out on a few other occasions i guess it was just one of them things.its not a negative its just a suggestion

It was our family's first time in Patong Phuket what a fantastic stay at Patong Mansion. It was within our budget and so comfortable, clean, friendly, cosy atmosphere. Everything thing was nearby. 7-11, restaurants, Banzaan, Bangla Walking Street, Patong beach, Jungceylon and many local food traders in front of 7-11 so we did try authentic Thai everyday food that locals eat. We did take a Bolt to Malin Plaza and had a fantastic seafood dinner. My husband had 2 fantastic massage including a sports massage for his sciatica pain at Sabai Jai massage by Ms Lenie. The staff at Patong Mansion had a smile and greeting every time we left or arrived daily never to tired to take care of us from beach towels too laundry. Pool was exceptionally clean during our visit. THANK YOU Management and Ms Look for your kindness and attention.

Very comfortable stay. Mini fridge, soft pillows, new clean towels and cleaned bedroom everyday. Extremely friendly staff that recommended and helped us book the best tour (James Bond Island with Canoeing and Caving). An Iguana that I think is the hotels pet and is just hanging around, which is really cute. Walking distance from Bangla Road, but not loud on the street. Close to Patong beach, a Grab away from Kamala, Karon, Freedom beach and Phuket Old Town (all amazing places). A small but nice little pool that overlooks the city. For the price, it is especially nice! Would recommend.

great location, lovely staff, good size room, with all facilities clean with nice relaxing colour scheme. Plenty of lights to read in bed. Nice to see pamphlets on the various tourist attractions. Opposite massage and beauty parlour which was lovely. Swimming pool was on rooftop and had great views. Having a 711 store a few metres away was handy too. TEasy to get tuk tuk or taxi to go shopping, food markets etc The reptile and cat were friendly too. I can recommend this place.

Very clean and spacious room. Good value for money with a good breakfast included. Nice pool but small. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Also went to for a massage linked to the hotel which I would recommend.

Sun loungers were covered in mould which was off putting. Pool quite small, we picked this hotel for the pool but ended up not using it much due to the size and sun loungers. We also booked a room that stated it had a balcony, on the photos it was an open balcony. Ours was a closed in balcony with no natural light in the room. I enquired about this but was told it was because of the cheaper room we booked at the back of the building. However I noticed when rooms were getting cleaned most had an open balcony at the back of the hotel. I would have accepted this if it was specified when booking the room, as this is important to me when booking a hotel. I may have considered staying elsewhere for the price and small pool.

Pros: Great Value for Money: The rates are very reasonable for the quality of the stay. Excellent Location: It's conveniently situated close to the famous Bangla Road, but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. Helpful Staff: The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Elevator Access: The elevator made it easy to transport our luggage and was great for those needing accessibility.

Cons: Honestly, I can't think of any significant downsides. Just remember that you get what you pay for, and this place offers a great stay for the price. Highly recommend!

The staff, breakfast was simple but really good and most importantly the cleanliness.

The quality of tours went downhill from the last visit, my son got food poisoning which he had to be hospitalised in Bangkok, and the only place we could pinpoint was the tour we took and an extremely dirty lunch place in Phi Phi islands. However it's not their fault, but before we booked the tour they recommended that specific tour operator, but when I told them that it was extremely dirty and unhygienic, they told me that they don't know this tour operator and they recommend this one instead, very weird conflicting info, I wonder if that is to do with their sales commission they get.
