We never had a breakfast but if you want to have a breakfast, you need to go to Patong Mansion Hotel, same for to pick up the keys for the accommodation. Location is not very bad, it is 20 min walk to the beach.

When you open night time the windows, was strait coming smell from the sewage outside and the smell was so strong, we needed to keep the windows and the doors shut all the time.

Excellent value for money, great quiet location. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and serviced regularly. I visit Thailand often and can honestly say that this place is great value for money. Highly recommended.

Great location, very clean and nicely maintained room with balcony. Great bathroom. Lovely breakfast in hotel over the road and great quality massage from place on ground floor.

Balcony view wasn’t great (looked directly on to residents balcony) but the resident was lovely.

Hotel located in a quiet street about 1 km from Bangla Road. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, cleaned every two days. Quality/price ok. Recommended

Sometimes a slight unpleasant odor in the bathroom, but nothing excessive.

Spacious apartments with 24hr reception just across the way. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect as it's only 10 minutes walk from the beach/shops yet very quiet at night. 24hr 7eleven is at the top of the street and is very handy. Trips can be booked at reception which are very reasonable and scooter hire is also available at the hotel. Would 100% recommend it ,very good value for money.

very clean, spacious and comfy! it was one of the comfiest beds i’ve ever slept on. it was perfect for someone like me who is solo travelling :)

Smelly Toilet (Plumbing Issues), No Elevator, Laundry spoiled my clothes.

No elevator! Will be a nightmare for people living in floors 3 and beyond especially if you have heavy luggage with you

Localisation, room was cleaner every 2 days (too often for me but better than not) stuff good and I didnt feel like atm for them.

Bathroom might have detter ventilation as there was a weirs smell
