Beautiful property and beautiful big rooms. Just far enough away from the noise but close enough to be in the centre of things in five minutes. Be aware that it is close to the Muslim quarter. Beds are rock hard but that is common in Thailand. Only real problem was the water temp and pressure. Very Low water pressure and the temperature is either stone cold or boiling hot water.

The television could be more advanced such as smart tv.

Friendly and perceptive staff. Wide breakfast variety. Great swimming pool. Quiet room with every need accommodated. The aircon was a lifesaver!

The beds are really hard and the shower in our room did not drain well, since the trap was not on the lowest part of the floor......

Room is very big all facilities are available the crowd are mainly from middle East countries pool was nice.

Checking time is long. There is very less options for vegetarian food. It's far from beach and walking street almost 1km.there is no iron in the room you have to go to reception for iron.

The breakfast was outstanding! I loved the local food options- especially the coconut surprise- but I also appreciated the omelets made to order and the self-serve espresso. My room was spacious and had a good-sized balcony with a drying rack, and great hot water. The pool was a major highlight. It has a kids' pool with a fountain, a bridge you can swim under, and many jets, and if you got there early enough you could even swim laps. The staff was helpful with booking taxis and tours.

The bed was a bit harder than I like, but I'm told this is common all over Thailand. The wood floor near the bathroom had some cracks and didn't feel nice on bare feet. While the rooms were all non-smoking, there were many people smoking at the pool and on balconies, so it wasn't nice for my kid and me to play outside.

This was a nice place for the family. Food was good. Enjoyed the pool and bar.

No bacon at buffet breakfast. Was great value though

The rooms are huge with plenty of space, the pool area is awesome, staff are friendly and helpful and the walking distance to the beach is minimal and not very far from Bangla road either

The bed and pillows are very hard, I ended up buying a pillow from the Big C which helped but the bed hurt my back a lot

How it took so long to receive toilet paper when asked for 40min wait on one occasion. Toilet was blocked and over flow into room as it was leaking called for maintenance twice to come fix took them 70min to come to the room and when they finally did they brought no tools or plunger with them after I told them what the issue was both times when I called up. So they left again for another 10min to go get a plunger 🪠 🤔 🙄 Breakfast was not good it was all mainly either Indian and Arabic food no western food at all.

The hotel is not the newest, but it’s very nice and obvious that they’re constantly working on it and updating. The lobby is beautiful, the room we stayed in was nice and big (Pool access suite). The staff was AMAZING! We joined a large group who had been there for almost 2 weeks before we arrived for our 10 day stay. The staff was very accommodating and went above any beyond for our family and friends. The staff in the morning at breakfast helped move the tables together for our group and were always super polite. On the last day of our trip, before everyone left for the airport, the manager and chef had our morning table set up when we arrived and they had prepared a special breakfast for us (off menu) it was WONDERFUL! It was a lovely gesture and we appreciated it very much! They made us feel like family! I’m not sure how soon we’ll return to Thailand (it’s a LONG trip from the states) but if we do, We’ll definitely stay at Elite Suites (Bauman)!
