Though we had to change the room as our room had problem in air conditioning. Whole night water was dripping out of AC in room. Breakfast was good with variety to eat. Location is walkable to Patong beach.

We were forced to sift to another room on 2nd day due to AC problem. Hotel could have provided some complimentry services for the discomfort caused to us.

The room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable. The shower was great! The buffet breakfast was lovely - fresh fruits and yogurts, variety of breads and pastries, Thai breakfast options, eggs and bacon, lovely coffee. Beach towels were available from the bar at no cost. We loved the location as it was not on the busy main road - 1 road up from the Patong Beach road and far away enough from the noise of Bangla Road. We could walk to the vast number of restaurants, markets and malls. The staff was very helpful - I needed dental treatment while on holiday, and the reception staff helped me find a reputable dentist close by.

More water could be provided in the rooms, as this is used for drinking and brushing teeth.

We were given a room on the 7th floor, the bed was huge and very comfortable and the room and bathroom overall were very clean. The staff were very friendly and the pool area was also clean. We only ate at breakfast once or twice and there was a variety of options from pastries and bacon to noodles and pasta. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and they offered free beach towels to take with you. As well as free towels for the pool just ensure you return them.

The hotel is set back on a busy street and there isn’t any good views as such, well from where our room faced our balcony overlooked on to another hotel and its pool. The pool area is well maintained but the sun goes over the building and you don’t get sun on that area after 3 ish. Perfect however if you prefer to swim when it’s cooler. One day we put an (unused, expired) bank card into the air con so we could charge our phones while we were at the pool. I came back to the room a short while later and realised the card had been taken from the room. We went down to reception who rang the cleaners and within 10 minutes it was back in the room so I’m not sure what went on there. We did use the safe for our passports money and functioning bank cards and all was well.

Clean and tidy hotel. We had nice room with the view to swimming pool, minibar was included in the room rate, it’s nice so we had water, juice and snacks every day. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was varied and food was delicious. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Also at the hotel you can get free beach towels so it’s very convenient. Beach is located 10 minutes walk from hotel, also walking distance to Bangla road and Central Patong shopping centre.

We had food from the supermarket that we wanted to reheat in the microwave. When we asked the staff if it was possible to do it somewhere in the hotel, the staff said yes, but you will have to pay for it. The amount was insignificant, but somehow it became uncomfortable. Beach towels are free, the mini bar is included in the room price, but we have to pay extra to use the microwave for few minutes. It sounded weird.

Located in the heart of Patong, it's within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful Patong Beach and Bangla Road. The staff were exceptionally courteous and always available to lend a helping hand. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse spread that catered to all tastes and featured something new each day. Overall, I found this hotel to be excellent value for money. Its convenient location, friendly service, and quality amenities make it an ideal choice for those looking to stay in the heart of Patong. Highly recommended!"

The hotel was rather new and well maintained. Rooms were spacious. Mattresses were confortable and rooms were really king size. The extra bed for our daughter was ok. The pool area was beautiful. The staff was very polite and helpful. My daughter twisted her ancle in the way to Phuket and they offer us a wheel chair that allowed us to go to some places such as night shows. breakfast was very good with lots of international options. The beach was about 400 meters from the hotel. It is busy; not the best place to enjoy the beach but the night life is vibrant.

The hotel is amazing specially the location The room is quite nice but the bed is the most comfortable and clean . And the breakfast buffet is good which is having many choices. Special thanks to panaya on the restaurant side who always be there when we ask for anything as she speaking fluent English and she do her job in best way .

For the 9 days i stay , There was too many groups tourists they’re coming together for some days as the place will be noisy and crowded with people which will make it uncomfortable place specially that the restaurant and the cafe area is beside the reception.

What a great hotel and at a fantastic price! The staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and we got 4 bottles of free water a day. Pool and breakfast buffet was awesome. Location is also very good.

Only issue we had was a couple bus loads of people coming to have breakfast and standing in the way, not the hotels fault as the kind staff would ask them to move but the people were so rude and wouldn’t listen to the staff.

This is an excellent hotel to stay. The reception staff, kitchen staff, cleaners and everyone were extremely friendly and kind. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and even the Tuesday buffet for dinner was excellent. It seems the hotel is very well managed at all levels of management.
